Little house pins. Very sharp and glass heads so you could iron them. They don’t rust that I’ve seen in the past couple years

Thank you for sharing your favorite tools!
I use either clover flat head pins or magic pins-both come in multiple sizes. After trying a dozen different rotary cutters my favorite is the one by Martelli-it’s ergonomic which means less hand, wrist, and shoulder fatigue and I find it easier to be more accurate with my cuts-the make both a right & a left handed one.

I’ve been using the flat quilting pins from Hobby Lobby for quite some time and haven’t had any trouble with them rusting. A few of the flat heads have come off but not many. Thanks for the tips!

While a little expensive, I do like the Magic pins. They come in 3 different sizes/lengths and you can iron over them. Thank you for all the tips!

Thank you for the ideas. I have a sewing machine case on wheels. A friend uses the Fiskars spring handle scissors for cutting when not amusing a rotary cutter. She showed me she doesn't have to bend her hand/wrist at the angle of a manual Fiskars.
It would be nice to have someone carry our sewing downstairs and lift it in and out of the car 🙂. I have a sewing machine case on wheels that helps orherwise.
I have the Clover needle threader. It is amazing how it threads a small eye needle.

Thanks for the list. I agree with many of your selections. As for the pins, I think that is a hard choice to make. I have tried so many different kinds and haven't come up with the perfect ones. The ones you showed looked to be fairly long. If using long pins, I like the fine Clover flat head pins. The regular ones seem a little too thick to me. I usually end up using Clover glass head pins for most of my quilting tasks. In fact almost anything Clover makes I find to be of superior quality. Of course, that's just my opinion. Hope that helps.
