    I would like to try your recipe. Looks yummy. Do I double the recipes for 8inch pan and how long do I have to bake it for? Thank you!

      Ya, may double the ingredients for 8 inch. First stage baking time remain same, second stage baking time extend for another 10-15min.

    This looks so great! :) Is the cake supposed to be that wobbly when it comes out? Looks like it still might be liquid.. or does that settle on its own?

      If to skip yogurt, the taste may not be nice. The texture will be denser. However, no harm to give a try :)

    乾烤跟水浴的差異?

      細砂糖或糖粉都可以。 水浴法可讓烤箱保持一定的濕度,不會讓蛋糕烤得太乾,口感會更柔軟細膩,表面不易開裂,如製作乳酪蛋糕,海綿蛋糕等。這款酥粒蛋糕就須用乾烤☺️

      細砂糖跟糖粉的甜度不同,我看您配方寫的是細砂糖,但影片裡看起來像糖粉,所以才跟您詢問

      Fresh cream can be used in place of whipping cream with same amount. While for yoghurt, it will need to mix with equal amount of milk and yoghurt to substitute for whipping cream =)

      Can bake at lower temperature and extend the baking time.
      If you want to bake 1 inch smaller mold (example from 6inch to 5 inch), reduce the temperature by 14degC/25degF and extend the time by approximately 15min.
