At 11:30 the reason the guy could not revive his teammate was because he picked the death machine but swapped it out right after picking it up and this is a glitch that makes the game think you have the death machine for the remainder of the power up. I am commenting this just to make sure people know why that happened.

At 11:35 he couldn't revive him because he had the Death Machine Icon, that's kinda like a glitch where you have the Death Machine but it doesn't show up and happens when you get one and you get rid of it very fast, so you can't buy box, wall weapons, PaP, and revive, until you hit Triangle/Y again.
juan villagar it happens to me too, but no problems like getting down or a teammate bleeding out because I couldn't revive him.

I have had that death machine glitch. If you grab it and then get rid of it, it will keep the symbol and think you still have the death machine

He had the death machine glitch. I remember when I first discovered it. You can get it on purpose easily. All it really is is that you can press X/square on anything. As if you had the death machine.
That one guy that couldn't revive on ascension, when you swap weapons with a war machine and it stills has the icon on the bottom of the screen, you can't do anything that requires you to press X

The ascension one is a glitch if you pick it up and straight away switch weapon it thinks you have a death machine switch again to have your death machine

11:30 there is a glitch that if u put the mini gun away fast the game will think u still have the mini gun so u can't revive the player in till u switch both weapons.
