Pretty sure they nerfed his health across the board. It's just a bug in the latest patch where the fire staff doesn't damage him for some reason.
Angus McNeilly nah they balanced damage and health it still kills when upgraded but all staffs blow later on besides ice.
So glad i got recommended this again after so long.

Pineapple Joe34 yes they are the same map but they play completely differently. Bo3 has gobblegums that can give you all perks, pap guns, and open all doors on round 1. In bo2 you had to actually get points do get your perks, pap guns, and open doors. Plus the ai is definitely different from bo2. Especially with the panzer and how much slower you run in the mud.
