I totally agree. I'd love to learn more about making an image, say a cave opening, look more 3D and the rest of the image can stay flat (A book cover I have). Amazing stuff. And agree about the subs, you rock, we need to let more people know.
Thanks, Jesús! I'll have to try this out. Also, I enjoyed watching your videos from the Photoshop Virtual Summit this past week. You had some really nice tips regarding masking selections. Those legacy brushes came in handy! :-)
Thanks for the detailed steps JR - and I found your recommendations to "move the background and also the camera" at the end, to really make it look realistically animated!👍
Hello my favorite Photoshop Instructor, I am learning many things from your tutorial. Please make advance tutorial on Photoshop Action. example, how to use action for a selection areas? how to use brush and pattern on Photoshop Action. Thanks 😊.
no idea how I would use this, but nice to know. BTW could I make a suggestion for a short tutorial? To convert a ellipse (eg a round table taken from not quite straight) into a circle (ie as if looking from the top)
Amazing tutorial. How could we animate 2 subjects individually in 3D in photoshop CC to create 2.5D Parallax Effects foe an example 2 Soccer players and a ball.
Great video ! You made it look easy the cloning part that is, the rest was just a blur of mumbo jumbo it would take me ages of rewinding your video to understand what you are doing before I could try it :-)
Serious questions because i got chills when watching this. How the hell did you find out how to do this? Cause I be ready to give up 👎🏾 thank you man ✅
Hi I followed this tutorial. When I goto 3d mode my image darkens it looks like it has multiply applied to it. I managed to create a video but when I encode it and play back the video is a still image?
I had to select "Linearize Colors" in the 3d properties panel to ensure it doesn't darken. And my rendered video is a still image, not sure what up with that.
sir, Your video is very useful for us. If you link below the image of the image you use in the video, we who learn from watching your video would be more useful to us.
2nd problem: Content Aware was greyed out. I had to search the web to find out why and it said I had to rasterize the layer. I did that and it showed up...
I did not see the link to the photo you used. I found it here Photo by Marc Rafanell López on Unsplash unsplash.com/photos/PMwu9gfCSbw. I had to search the name in your Photoshop title bar to find it. You state at the beginning of the tutorial that the link to the photo will be posted below, but I must have overlooked it. I hope this helps any others that could not find the link to the picture.
Um....I'm stuck at quickmask. It's choosing my subject and not the background. How do I make it switch? Ok. I had to watch someone else's tutorial to figure it out. :)
Great this one but I can't figure out how could one make use of it. Unless there is a way that the outcome could be presented somehow outside Ps environment. Is there, Jesus? Thank you again.
Way to complex for me. I think it’s time for me to cancel my PS subscription. It’s not something that you can go into once in awhile. It’s like a full time job.

Thanks a lot ! It was exactly what I was looking for!!
Glad I could help, Maristela!
Excellent, i have done a similar method on after effects, but i can see the results are practically the same.
Tbh i think importing the images into video editor seem easier and faster.

Thank you, Jesus. It was fun! Have a great day, man!

Well done !
Whole new stuff! Great!
no idea how I would use this, but nice to know. BTW could I make a suggestion for a short tutorial? To convert a ellipse (eg a round table taken from not quite straight) into a circle (ie as if looking from the top)

My layers darken as well... I stopped at that point but would really love to know why because the video would be unusable.
Have the same problem. Video is still. Same if I rendered the scene in advance.
I had to select "Linearize Colors" in the 3d properties panel to ensure it doesn't darken. And my rendered video is a still image, not sure what up with that.

My image is saved in image sequence
Instead of a video, how do I solve this issue?

Amazing
Thanks
I want to be talented as you when I grow up.Too bad I’m already too grown uo.

Thanks for the video, I tried it out
but it changed the color on my pictures when i went in to 3D why is that?
Dope
good video
In PS timeline the video plays fine, but when I Render video and choose H.264 format, it exports the video as .mp4. When I play, its just an image.
Jesus, can a drop shadow affect be included?
I FIGURD IT OUT WITH ANOTHER VIDEO AND YOU CAME IN THE CUTCH WITH THE DUNK
supeer
Can i do this in cs6???

@ 11:55 3d --> New Mesh from Layer --> Postcard, this automatically makes my image at least 2 stops darker, how can I reset that?
I had to select "Linearize Colors" in the property panel to ensure it doesn't darken.
First 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Thank you, Boaby Savage!
Great stuff Jesus! You’re the man 🤜🏻🤛🏻
sir plz give the pic link

You can use it for social media. And this effect is often used in documentaries.
@@PhotoshopTrainingChannel What kind of file I should save it? As gif?
I get this god awful color shift to red as soon as I create the 3D > New Mesh Layer > Postcard. How do I correct this?
Found out this was a bug. PS-39527. Have to convert image to 8-Bit.
Noot good
3D not working waste of time.
