Great video Vanessa, I loved winter camping in the Swedish forests back in my younger days.
That shelter looked a lot more substantial than I initially thought it would be. It would be pretty waterproof. You are really good at this. Amusing side note. When you opened the tin with your tinder I initially thought it was your dinner. I wondered what on earth is she going to eat but the final meal looked a lot more tasty much more wholesome than that rehydrated rubbish I usually end up with..
The sounds of nature are soothing and nice . A silent adventure was a great idea .You say more with your expressions than some woman do talking their heads off. Overall your still adorable and a pleasure to watch , 🤗🤫

Nothing is more frustrating than a dull knife. I highly recommend the V-Sharp by Warthog. It will maintain the edge on your blades so you can maintain the edge on your outdoor experience. Not a advertisement just a friendly recommendation from one outdoorsman to another.

Having finally had the chance to see how light snow settles on branches, I can see the difficulties inherent in using brush and branches for shelter, for the snow sits atop, until its mass makes it fall, or a slight warming above zero makes it begin to melt, forming ice,as well as drips. Such a shelter would require constant amendment, for comfort's sake.☆ I like the use of signing, rather than speaking, something still common among so-called primitive folk.
Question: is the scene brighter to the eye than to the camera?
As for the children below, who can't manage to focus on a silent video, I am at a loss, but not as great as a loss as they are.
