    Yes, this looks easy, i have been trying to do this aasan for a long time, but always had difficulty lifting chest and shoulders. But now will try with the help of a wall. Thank you so much. I have been following your videos.

    I have been practicing chakrasana using wall for 5 days .... I couldn't come down to the ground becoz I don't have much flexibility.... I am happy with my progress.
    But today I could not reach the same distance on the wall as I did some days back.... Is it ok? Or I am doing something wrong?

      It’s only with practice and you should not force yourself to be there....practice every 3rd day back bends and balancing you will get better 🙏😊

      You can surely do it but you should have very good practice of regular chakrasana from the floor and good flexibility in spine and if you don’t have practice then please make sure you get get back to your practice first or else you might have a spine injury 😊🙏
