I have been practicing chakrasana using wall for 5 days .... I couldn't come down to the ground becoz I don't have much flexibility.... I am happy with my progress.
But today I could not reach the same distance on the wall as I did some days back.... Is it ok? Or I am doing something wrong?

Mam after cesarean 3 years later practice standing chakrasana any problems pls replay.
You can surely do it but you should have very good practice of regular chakrasana from the floor and good flexibility in spine and if you don’t have practice then please make sure you get get back to your practice first or else you might have a spine injury 😊🙏
