How to do Standing Chakrasana!

- Chakrasana or the wheel pose is a backward bending yoga asana. This asana is so named because the body takes the shape of a circle - or a semi-circle. The asana is very similar to the gymnastic back-bend. It is a very good asana for improving the elasticity of the spinal cord. Chakrasana strengthens the back and abdominal muscles. It tones the organs in the abdomen including the digestive, excretory and reproductive organs. 100 dino ki practice ke baad bhi nahi hua par yeh video dekhne ke baad ekdam se ho gaya. Thank you didi. Mere liye mai 3 dino mein ye kar liya yahi mere liye kafi hai
When I tried it first time it was damn difficult but after two three times of practice it was not hurting and it was easy
How many days it took to get perfection
Yes!! I truly believe it's easilly accessable once you've mastered basic lying chakrasana. The main challenge is to overcome fears 😅

Hey hi start with 3 reps and you can for 3 to 5 breaths and then slowly you can increase the reps.

superb. i always try this but not successful so far. cannot go beyond a certain point wherein body will not bend anymore and am scared of breaking some bones. So I lie down and lift shoulder up and give hands to support. But looking at the way you do it, it looks easy and will try to do it this way. main problem is to overcome the fear.
