I have a icebear vision moped I couldn’t find drain plug on right side. But I found a plug on the left side. I bought the tools today to do oil change.
I searched this video cuz i took my drain plug out did not pay attention to the orientation of my filter. Thanks to this vid o know. Thank you for that info
The way it fits in the best. Usually the rounded bottom goes in first so the flat washer side is against the bolt. Your Nut bolt and spring should have some resistance before tightening.
I appreciate your video you seem knowledgeable about a motor scooter oil change, what I'd like to know is I have a 50cc 3 Wheel Motor Trike an I'm your video with the 2 wheel motor scooter you learn it over to get the rest of the oil out an with a 3 Wheel I couldn't lean it over to get the rest of the oil out an the Trike weighs almost 300 lbs. So how would I change the oil in this type of Motor Scooter? My only thought was to remove the drain plug an keep pouring fresh oil from the oil stick at the top till all the burnt oil is out but if you know a better way could you please share that information with me? Also what weight oil should I use on this type of Motor Scooter? The small engine shops here in which there's only two available to take anything to an it's very hard to get waited on in a short time period. It's about a 2 month out wait an that's why I'm here looking to see if I can get some great information on how to change the oil myself. Excellent choice! Some manufactures recommend full synthetic after the break in period. Routine oil changes with traditional motor oil is good as well. Thank you for watching! -Streetside

Two stroke engines mix oil and gas to lube the engine. You should have a separate reservoir on that model. Contact a piaggio dealer for specs. Great question!

Good video man, but you messed up on one part. All scooters are going to have different oil capacities. You should of said to start with say 600ml,then check how full it is., and proceed to add more of needed. I'm glad i didn't listen to you. I put 700ml, and that was too much. Now I'm an idiot and was new to moped I bought this April and was told it need 10w40 oil I went into store and didnt know where to find it The dude showed me where the oil was and told me that ths specific one was 10w40 LMFAOOO I had the back for 3 weeks and haven't been properly doing oil change just adding, and I used 20w 50 and I just realized this now Is my bike fucked ??🤔 it only has 351 miles Tomorrow I plan waking up and doing a proper oil change and use air from gas station to clean it out fully Is my engine fucked 😅???
As a mechanic, I recommend changing the oil at or before the first 100 miles. Then change after 500 miles. Then every 1,000 miles. At the least. I personally change mine more often. Some manufacturers use poor oil quality, we change the oil before 1st start up in a lot of cases. Oil is very important. Thanks!!!

I didnt find any bb in my drain pan, what do you mean?

I just changed mine on 2023 tso tao
