This model and on most Chinese 150 Scooters: Rear wheel: Remove the exhaust pipe muffler then remove the axle nut Front wheel: Remove front axle nut then slide the axle out.

Hi Good Evening. I recently Purchased this exact model about 3 weeks ago . I have only put 169 miles on it the oil was changed at 79 miles. I never had any issues . However recently i am having starting issues . I had to kick start it and it worked . Today however it would not start (it would crank but no start? . Came back to it 11 hours later and it started but it died shortly after . Any advice? Thanks in advance

Hard to tell. I would change out the Spark Plug and go from there.

What about an oil filter?

When you drop the oil you will see a spring with a thumbnail shape mesh screen come out with the oil plug. This is the oil filter.
