Manslaughter involves the killing of another person, but it's distinct from murder. Sometimes the line between manslaughter and murder isn't crystal clear. Manslaughter is an unlawful killing that doesn't involve malice aforethought-intent to seriously harm or kill or an extreme, reckless disregard for life.
Will Bre be able to come to sentencing & do an impact statement telling him & his monstrous family he was a bully & hope he gets the maximum sentences without parole???
what proof? A treadmill video proved child endangerment. That was 12 days before he died. He was with mom the same day he died--so really how did he die? What was the cause of death--the State's expert changed his report 3 times. Both parents are responsible--

I am so relieved, justice has prevailed. It’s so painful for us who didn’t know Corey and his mom, can’t imagine how painful it’s for Breanna and how it was for little Corey to be tortured by his dad every single day.For us mothers we feel Breanna’s pain.😢😢😢
No kidding! I’m sick of hearing about the jury being tired or having plans so disrespectful to Cory and his family 🖕🏽
I was afraid they would hang/ hate Friday afternoon verdicts people just want to go home
Guilty of endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated manslaughter!!!
Should have been guilty of first degree murder and life imprisonment without parole. He tortured and killed his own flesh and blood.

Just what I expected, murder conviction was gonna be tough. But the jury wiped that smirk right off his disgusting face! Justice for Corey. 🥰
Plus his father’s smirking when prosecutor was giving her last summary. She won her case you and yr son lost yours.
And I hope he gets the maximum sentence on aggravated manslaughter in NJ, 30 years. And then the endangering the welfare of a child carries between 3-5 years in NJ.
Now i want to see Mom go clean up with wrongful death lawsuits. Starting with the judge who denied her emergency order. Time to clean house at child protection agency. Give you strength for the road ahead, and know most of the world has your back Bre!

I have never seen a trial or court conducted this way. No confidence here. How they managed to agree on the verdict, I am amazed! 🤭
Agreed! NJ embarrassing AGAIN 😡
He was obviously guilty that’s how
Useless jury couldn't agree on murder charges 🙄😒
10-30 yrs for agg Manslaiggter. I hope he gets the maximum.
Yea he will be serving at least 20 yrs
@@TsunamiWebster I wonder if Marcy, Laura and Aimee will be keeping in touch with him in prison.
You're forgetting about the endangered charge..another 10 years
@jlh2737 not a chance but some woman will tho..Women love bad guys..
I think and hope the judge will give the maximum given it was a child who was killed
He’s 31 he’ll get 40 years be out in his 70’s if he lasts that long after killing a child .
I doubt it will be the maximum.
I don't think it will be that long but it should be.
He will only serve One third unless no parole
He better stay in prison if I were him. For sure he’ll be constitutionalized.
lets hope.
Mom was very relieved to hear guilty on the aggravated manslaughter charge. She hardly flinched when they said not guilty to murder.
I think she was well prepared for it to go either way
Justice For Brianna and Corey! 💙🕊️💙
Justice was served here today ❤
Let’s hope justice follows regarding sentence
Right. It won’t be justice if he only gets the minimum.
Justice for Corey , he took that little beautiful boys life.
The father looks devastated... that's what happens when you raise a monster.

Count Two; Murder: Not Guilty
Count three; Agrevated manslaughter; Guilty
Sentencing will be on the 2cnd of August 1:30PM

Count 4 was a lesser charge if found not guilty of a higher charge
Chris Gregor is showing more grief over his conviction than he did for Corey, Narsissiisticc bas.*.ard is sorry for himself. I will never forget that sly evil smile in the selfie while Corey lay dying. Right beside him.

The grandpa saying I love you to his convicted felon son just shows how shameless they are , a perfect example of a family that looks perfect from outside but is evil and dysfunctional inside , also speaks volume about how he was raised , the lack of integrity and denial they are in , HORRIBLE
Yeah grandpa knows he created this monster and he feels guilty for it , I’m sure he blames himself more than his child killer son
How does he shake his head, “no?”
He is just all around a really bad guy
Chris is an absolute awful human being..
He needs to get life without parole he killed that little boy who at that young age had not caused anyone in his world any harm. Our children when they are that young just want to be loved .❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
RIP Cory you are now in God's care that EVIL MAN will pay for what he did to you for a long long time
He be paying a lot more in prison!!!
I'm glad that his parents sat through the details of the closing arguments. They deserve to eat it raw with the rest and learn exactly what kind of beast they raised at their loving hands. They saw bruises and said nothing. Let the kid lie..........that this guy accused mom of coaching when he clearly coached the kid until the kid chose honesty is crazy.
His rage that the kid spoke out probably cost him his life.
Grandfather is acessory to this crime because he used his $$$ and INFLUENCE to steal Corey away from his mother!!
how so? Didn't mom lose custody to her mom? Did mom ever have custody of him?

@@kelliferrari2353Aggravated manslaughter and endangering the welfare of a child.
" what happened daddy , why didnt you save me ? ". This creep should have been charged with murder. Correy , poor baby was slowly beaten to death over a period of time. I'am so sorry for your loss Breanna. I wish you peace , healing and health. Take care of yourself ❤
Funny, his defense lawyers don't look at him, comfort him, give him a pat on the back for morale. He's sitting there alone realizing that no one but his parents were fooled. And the girlfriend wasn't there. I heard she had no idea about his other chicks and found out through court evidence. What a loser
Where were C G other family, siblings etc...law enforcement uncles? Didn't come to give support 🤔 ? Did they know this is normal behaviour for Chris, seen his actions through life ? Granpa and Granma self righteous, what will people think after they just watched this trial? My heart broke viewing the treadmill video 😢
how is he not guilty for murder??
Right
Manslaughter involves the killing of another person, but it's distinct from murder. Sometimes the line between manslaughter and murder isn't crystal clear. Manslaughter is an unlawful killing that doesn't involve malice aforethought-intent to seriously harm or kill or an extreme, reckless disregard for life.
I want to know also, I think it was because he didn't set out to murder him, but he did. Crazy.
@@annemc7662it was a reckless disregard for this precious child’s life, for sure, though!
Yeah. They probably had trouble finding intent to kill.
Will Bre be able to come to sentencing & do an impact statement telling him & his monstrous family he was a bully & hope he gets the maximum sentences without parole???
Yes.
4:32:42 Even the Eagle was happy to see Justice get served for Corey.
This is shocking to me. They had proof delivered on a silver platter.
what proof? A treadmill video proved child endangerment. That was 12 days before he died. He was with mom the same day he died--so really how did he die? What was the cause of death--the State's expert changed his report 3 times. Both parents are responsible--
Exactly what is the difference between murder and aggravated manslaughter?
Intent
I hope he gets the maximum at sentencing.
I just listened to that being explained, but can't really remember, I thing it ment he didn't set out to kill his Son, I even hate saying, (his Son) he never wanted that Beautiful Child. 💙
Murder has a specific motive and proven intent. Aggravated manslaughter is when you did something wrong, illegal or irresponsible intentionally and thereby caused a death.
How about the sentence, which one is longer?
Thank you Jury! 🙏 RIP Corey 🧸
Please show verdict announcement.

Yay!!This arrogant man didn't cry not once during his trail.A innconcent person would be beside himself with grief and disbelief that he being charged with contributing to and causing the death of his 6yr old son.He has plenty of time now to cry!I am happy justice was served.
Prisoners do not like any prisoner that messes with a child. He is going to have a hard time in that prison for 25-35 years or so.
His biggest threat may be because his dad is law enforcement
@@rumakingthatup 😁👏🏼
When ever he got mad during the trial he clenched his jaw ever so slightly, after the verdict it is full on clenching. Only time I have seen his mother sad.
We got some justice at least and his no accountability spoiled narc behavior going to make it even worse for him. He’ll be holding someone pocket within a week 🤣
Lol
😂
Sitting there shaking his head at the verdict. He really thought he was going to be found not guilty. He didn’t even look ashamed as the jury watched him grab Corey by the chest of his shirt and bite him on the head for the second time. He has zero shame or remorse. He’s disgusting.
@@aimerenee If the judge will give him 40 years w/o parole. Yes, justice serve. But agg manslaughter is 10-30 years and child endang has 5-10 sentences. He may probably get out after 20 years. Remember, he rejected a 30 years plea bargain. As far as I know, it's full 30 years. He still won by 10 years. Theres still no justice. We'll just wait if the judge will give that justice.
*Edit: for correction, someone says in NJ sentence should be serve atleast 85%
We don't know this until sentencing judge may give maximum of 40 years given its child who lost their life
I hope the fact that he has shown no remorse what so ever goes towards the judge giving him the absolute maximum sentence the law requires.
I think Chris gets the max cause of the no remorse..
Man even the media didn’t let us watch him get put in handcuffs,
I think the bully is finally crying.

She already has! She's suing the judge that denied her emergency custody as well as CPS!
I mean, I get your sentiment, but no amount of money could reverse the absolute devastation I'd feel after losing my child, especially this way. I would not care about anything after that, apart from some justice, but I still think I couldn't live anymore and no amount of money would even come close to what it would feel to hug my son just one more time. There's no number that matches that feeling. Money can't buy you happiness is bs in most cases, but in this case, it's true.
Yes. This isn’t over.
