this is me with my snakes😂 snake bites sound worse then they are, when I was bitten by Karl (my baby ball python) I was surprised by how little it hurt.

What's funny is that this behavior is also present in humans to some extent. A lot of long lasting relationships between people with personalities that normally wouldn't be considered super compatible lasted so long because they were with each other through a series of major life changing events or sometimes even dangerous situations.
Some people say that this is a good reason to take a first date to a horror movie or an amusement park, but honestly, would you really want to spend the rest of your life with someone you weren't very compatible with just because they got you to associate the release of adrenaline and other endorphins with spending time with them? After learning about this, personally, I'd rather keep dates as low key as possible to sus out how compatible I am with a person before risking getting too attached or reliant on them for support.

@@FrickenDweeb I mentioned the jokes of there being a small baby boom(resulting in quaranteens) because of the craziness to my mom a while ago and she said that that exact thing happened after 9-11-01. Food for thought, I guess.

Things to be mindful about
Genetics: don't just breed snakes that you get at a pet store or any Disreputable places.
Gender: sometimes it's really hard to tell.
Is there a reason not to breed one you got from a pet store? Just curious.
@@DrRoseNose Most are very diseased and just in horrible shape . Plus you can't tell their history so can have a mix in there you don't want.
@@DrRoseNose It depends on the shop a reptile specialized pet store isn't a bad place especially when you see them housed correctly. Places like petsmart and pet Co are ones to stay away from as their snakes do not come from reputable breeders. At general pet stores they usually title morphs as "specialized". As to why you don't just pair 2 random snakes is if the gene is recessive and the other doesn't even carry it you will get a clutch of non morphs. Example exanthic crossed with a clown would be full of nothing but non morphs het for clown and exanthic leading to lower quality offspring until they are crossed with a snake with those genes to potentially produce those Genetics.

A very large bullsnake, somehow also wearing a trenchcoat, and having a kinda skeezy look on his scaly face, slithers into the alley, flicks what appears to be either a piece of a fake houseplant with what may-or-may-not supposed to be an alligator scribbled on it or the world's jankiest dollar bill out of his trenchcoat pocket with his tail, and grabs the pictures with the vigor of, well, a very excited bullsnake.

Please never breed for the 'Spider morph'. Yes, it looks cool, but it leads to so many health issues.
They already made a video a long time ago about how they're against spider balls.
And that morph only exists for Ball Pythons or am I wrong? (I don't know much about the different morphs of snakes so want to make sure!)
No kid 14: Spider ball pythons have a *neurological disorder that enables them to be super uncoordinated, and it’s really heartbreaking to see. It is found especially in ball pythons.

After watching her channel, I started wanting a snake ever since i looked at one of hers. A year passed of me asking my parents for a snek (Poor them XD) And now i have one and my older brother was scared of snakes until i got my pet ball python. He now loves snakes and wants a green tree python ( Or i think he wants a python cause the one he shows me atmre green tree pythons :P)

Emily I wanted to know what you thought about a question I had I want to get a reptile but she has a auto immune issue that makes her immune system really weak so if we got a snake or gecko would there be a species that would be less likely to have salmonella so she could be able too hold it we are mainly looking at ball pythons crested/gargoyle geckos or Cuban false chameleon.Thank you.
I know I'm not Emily (unfortunately) but leopard geckos in particular do not carry salmonella or any other diseases that can be passed to humans, so they would be a pretty safe reptile to consider. They have great personalities too and can even learn their names!

I paired my corns up this year, and within 5 minutes of introduction I already got a lock... incredible luck, I hadn’t even closed the enclosure, but I don’t think they cared hahahah. My first snake pairing! Wish me luck, I’ll probably need it!
