Why didn't you use 5nn?

Daniel, I have medium weight hair, wavy to curly, frizzy and going gray. About 40 percent right now. I have some thin straight and curly hair and some course straight and curly hair all on the same head.... The thinner gray hair will cover but the coarse and it's not even that coarse gray hair will barely cover and completely rinses off within about 5-8 washes. My gray hair never grows out it, the color just fades away.... I use good shampoo without sulfates and a shower filter. Will this color line help me at all? Thanks for any help you can give.

Is there a color that you don’t have to do the extra neutralizing step of shades eq 8vb? Maybe 5na?
If I have even less gray than her, and lighter brown would 05WB in cream formulas work?
