Grant Cardone has to be one of the realist ppl I've seen.. I remember dude calling in to his show and he was asking Grant financial advice... Grant gave him good advice and asked him how much he made a year.. Dude said like 45k.... He than asked the man if he had a family and the guy said he had wife and a son... GRANT TOLD THE MAN YOU ARE A FAILURE TO YOUR FAMILY...At first I was like that's fucked up but he explained why... We all have the power to change our lives but we fall short due to lack of effort.. I respect the fact that Grant has invited so many different ppl to speak on this video.. No matter your color or background one of these guest said something that should touch and move you... Magic, I totally agree with you on premium assets. I’m not talking about very expensive luxury residential because the resale market is small so it’s risky but something like the Dodgers or Starbucks - absolutely, depending on the market environment. You can pay more for something if the potential reward is higher.

Gary Vee says that passive income is an illusion or something like that. I've seen him waste his precious time at garage sales flipping baseball cards and collectible hot wheels. Not everyone can earn active income like him but almost everyone can learn passive investing!
Gary loves entrepreneurship..saying he’s wasting his time is like telling a baseball player he’s wasting his time hitting a ball with a stick..he says he doesn’t like talking about passive income in general because a lot people think passive income means starting a business while only working 4 hours a week..he has said that he’s made most of his money through his investments which is passive income

I sat for about 5 minutes, played out the predictable boring habit, chose no and drove home. True story. It's a mind set shift. Thanks G, making me hungry for a better deal. I love your video at large but i will advice everybody who is into cryptos to Stick with ETH and BTC as much as you can guys. If everyone sells when it starts to fall, which at one point it will, the dream may be lost because of it being too volatile for companies to get behind.
