Being trilingual is considered to be rather prestigious. Speaking other languages expands your ability to communicate so greatly it adds to the perceived value people will assign to you. But, when you are fluent in Street, Hustling, Broke Money, and Wall Street it becomes the twist no one ever expected. Wallstreet Trapper comes from a troubled past that includes being homeless at 14 and serving 10 years in prison by the age of 16. What he has learned over the years reaches far beyond knowing how to trade stocks and build wealth. His super power is speaking Wall Street in a language that correlates to the same losing game he played on the streets that ended with being shot, in jail or in prison for nearly everyone he knew. His wisdom and willingness to share and make an impact is affecting future generations and bringing Wall Street to the hood, proving that human potential is truly nearly limitless when you put knowledge to use.

    QUOTES:
“Wealthy people do three things. They stop trading time for money. They make the money work for them. And they give as much value to people as they can.” [11:45]
“The reason why people think wealthy people are people with money or sinister, is because that's what you kind of taught in the hood.” [17:09]
“Being at the bottom teaches you to envy people at the top.” [17:53]
“Generational poverty is not about money. It's about mindset.” Tom Bilyeu [18:32]
“People can not want you to succeed all they want, but if you out invest them, they can't stop you.” Tom Bilyeu [19:31]
“One of the things that happens often in the culture of black people is survival mode, you never get a chance to play offense. You're always on defense, one, because of mindset” [22:27]
“A good business is just like a good hustler. A good business has great product. They have great clientele. A great hustler has a great product, he has consistent clientele.” [25:35]
“Once you start understanding the fundamentals, you give yourself power, because you now understand, like you said, you see how the machine works,” [30:22]
“Everybody around me had the same problem. No one represented the solution. So if I don't change something, I'm only going to end up like everybody else.” [32:23]
“I got knowledge, I got information, but I still fell victim to the same shit that everybody around me knew. So therefore, the knowledge that I had wasn't powerful because it wasn't applied.” [34:32]
“It's hard for people to make sacrifice, because you got to now go against and do without some of the things that gives you that momentary gratification.” [37:11]
“The key to building wealth is not how much you can work. You can't work your way to wealth, you got to invest your way there, and all wealthy people, black, white, Asian, Chinese, they own a whole bunch of shit.” [42:31]
“So if I can break down things into struggle language now I'm making the game winnable for everybody. And that's the goal, to make the game winnable for everybody who's bold enough to step into the batting cage.” [50:37]
“Building wealth becomes a revolutionary act because now you start saying I'm going to go against what I was taught.” [52:25]
“The word possible is so powerful. Possible changes the game. Instead of it being impossible, we now say I am possible” [53:09]
“If learning is the catalyst to everybody who's wealthy and successful, I can never be sufficient with what I know.” [54:24]

My sister lived in Lantana, Florida, which is right next to Palm Beach. While visiting her once I saw some newspaper article about a summer camp for rich kids being held at The Breakers Resort.
It said, in the afternoon the kids were learning to parasail, scuba dive, water ski, etc. BUT... in the morning they were being taught about the Stock Market and how to invest using paper! I believe they also said halfway through the camp they would switch to actually purchasing stocks and then following them for the rest of the camp.
THAT'S the difference between poor kids' summer camp and rich kids' summer camp.
I went to music camp. Why didn't my parents send me to stock market camp?
It never even OCCURRED to them that such a thing was POSSIBLE. Nor did it occur to the people running the camp.
How much more would it have cost to teach that instead of teaching kids to play an instrument?

Investment professionals offer a variety of services at a variety of prices. It is worth comparing stores. You can get investment advice from most financial institutions that sell investments, including brokerage firms, banks, mutual funds, and insurance companies. You can also hire a broker, investment adviser, accountant, financial planner, or other professional to help you make investment decisions. Some financial planners and investment advisors offer a comprehensive financial plan, evaluating all aspects of your financial life and developing a detailed strategy for reaching your financial goals.

Some of their rates are easier to see right away than others. But, in all cases, you should always feel free to ask questions about how and how much your investment professional is paid.

I always tell myself you don’t need that new Aston Martin or that vacation in Hawaii just yet & that mindset helps me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 200 grand in the S&P 500 (with the help of my advisor Jane Marie Kunak of course) and made 350k, but guess what? I put it back and traded with her again and now I’m rounding up close to a million.

Wow! This was an extremely powerful interview. Considering that I am someone who comes from the hood and who has looked for a way out my entire life - 1st out of the hood (succeeded) - 2nd out of poverty (somewhat succeeded) and 3rd out of the rat race that we call the workforce (in progress). I often feel like no one understands me because everyone around me is so comfortable with the way things are. So admittedly it's hard to stay motivated at times. Nevertheless, thank YOU for sharing your story and helping to show how you pushed through and overcame such challenges with your friends and family. It upsets me how simple things like this are not taught in school, and then people complain about taxing the rich everyday, as though the rich should pay for the ignorance of the masses. I have been investing in the stock market for more than a decade now, making more than $2M, using the market to shield myself from the inflations and recessions. Trap always does a great interview. There was a big problem that was skipped over. Tom kept trying to make a point that race is not a factor, which is absolutely false. It is true, that is race is less of an issue today than it was in the past. Tom, usually does better research.
Trap briefly hit on the point that everytime Blacks built a thriving business community it was destroyed by racist whites.
Another point, that also is brought up throughout the interview is that proper education is important. You have to remember that it was at one time illegal to teach Blacks how to read to prevent Blacks from improving themselves. In fact, lots of White people were killed for trying to teach Blacks to read. Today, lots of American communities are fighting to keep examples of American history like that from being taught in schools.
But the fact still remains that even today, Black businesses still get significantly less investments. Blacks are given loans with higher interest rates and there is a HUGE wealth gap between races that was caused because of racist systemic practices put in place to try to prevent Blacks from gaining wealth. In spite all of the racism and because there are people that fight for equality, things are better than they were in the past. However, race still is very much a factor.

✌️Giving all praise to this team of guru's for bringing my life back on track when I thought everything was gone, but with the help guidelines I was able to realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 10k in stocks (with the help of my Financial Advisor of course) and made about 110k, but guess what? I put it all back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million.
