These historic cars and the folk that run and drive them should always be celebrated 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Without the passion and enthusiasm over many years none of these would still exist as functional cars
Whilst the Sunbeam is a lovely car, my favourite has to be the Napier Railton style car, with its bulbous manifold covers and rakish grille, just beautiful, it would be dream come true to drive such a car ! Good luck Dom, I’ll be watching avidly to see progress !
The Beast of Turin is absolutely mind blowing. 28.4 liters of fires breathing fury. There is a very good little video on UA-cam of The Beast being recommissioned. Great video, Dom!
Hello Dom ' . I think any winner would have been a worthy winner . A good friend of mine was there .He became a member in 1967 !! For me the look on your face sprinting up that hill was the most exciting ! Thanks Dom'
The clatter of some of those big engines at or near idle is awesome. Get that P-word sorted over the next few years along with side projects, Ranalah stuff, and other skills ambassadorship videos, run the 356 for a year or two whilst gathering some of the bigger parts together, the sell it and start a build of one of these big boys toys!!! Great content as always Dom! 😉😘
Oh my goodness. I had the biggest grin on my face from the beginning to end of this video. It's Wacky Races! And I am in love with The Beast Of Turin. Too cute with those flaming engine exhaust outlet thingy's -and what a sound.......Thank you so much Dom and please please get after building one! ❤🏁❤🏁❤🏁❤🏁❤🏁❤🏁❤🏁❤🏁❤🏁❤🏁❤🏁❤🏁❤🏁❤🏁❤
It is so great that people are prepared to race these cars. Just to see them in action, not sitting having them sitting in some private collection shut away from everyone.
Hi Dom, thanks for the great video!! I'm over here in the US, and never could have seen anything, but thanks to you!! These autos and their drivers are truly an inspiration!! Thanks again!!
So I just fell in love with these terrifying cars. I watch a LOT of popular automotive UA-cam, but Dom’s channel is slowly becoming the most interesting of all of automotive UA-cam!
I would like to see someone gather some of the owners and make a "Beginnings of Race Engineering" video. Ivan and Suzie could narrate and coordinate the progress of innovations. I'm sure that would be a big hit.
The beast of Turin. What a machine!! Had to come back and say, by crikey it looked like they were not going easy on those cars. The flag dropped and they were all out. Fantastic.
Hi Dom, back in 2010 Mark Walker drove the Darraq into the village we were loving in Somerset, he had just finished the restoration and was on a test drive, it was fantastic
Ivan does have a spare Hall & Scott engine you know…. He’ll probably have most of a second car tucked away somewhere. SF Edge is by far the best of the MM for me, mad, brilliantly mad!
Lovely and yes Dom we all need a longer lens. You must stop all other work and build one of this. Epic is an understatement to have the ability to represent the true glory days of proper racing. I know you can do it lad. Cheers.
The Beast of Turin is like a gorgeous thing out of a Studio Ghibli film (a la Porco Rosso) The polished Aluminium of the Sunbeam I like, but for the tails of the burgandy cars and the gold 'Romano' one look more suitable... but the extravagant oversize length is of the time. An aircraft tailfin on the end would be more inter-war, yeah?
It’s amazes me that there are enough people in the World to A, afford to buy / restore/ run these cars and B, race them too. There’s a bum for every seat as they say. The Beast from Turin is something else 😳 Thanks for taking us along Dom 👍
How fabulous! What utterly stunning cars! We had an amazing day at Revival as Goodwood 'Virgins'! We even got a bit giddy when we met you and Joby Carter! Our video of the day looks a bit hotter and sunnier..... 😉
Hey Dom. From Oregon, USA. Love the coverage of the old cars today. Ivan Dutton spotted in your video. I have been following his channel and have been wondering where he's been. Cheers Quinn
Hats off to the organisers and the Marshalls without whom we could have these wonderful events ❤
Dom, what fun video and looking forward to your build, it should be interesting.
Thumbs up for the Sunbeam, beautiful design!
The Sunbeam is just beautiful. The Oakland Romero was at Bicester Scramble today and looked terrific.
There all winner's!
What a sound an Internal combustion orchestra!
LOVED IT.
Ivan is a character, love his channel! And the Hall Scott car. And the, and, and well ALL THR CARS! HECK I EVEN LIKE THE SHED!
These historic cars and the folk that run and drive them should always be celebrated 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Ohhh, thank you!

Amazing automobiles. I saw you talking with Ivan Dutton (Shed Racing), he is one of a kind. Thanks Dom.
Brilliant video and absolutely loved seeing these old cars racing. Best regards Dom from Dom
Brilliant!
Personally, #13 was my favorite body shape.
Thanks for sharing 🇨🇦
Stunning cars, I could watch this video a hundred times. Incredible footage of those beauties!
Hello Dom ' . I think any winner would have been a worthy winner . A good friend of mine was there .He became a member in 1967 !! For me the look on your face sprinting up that hill was the most exciting ! Thanks Dom'
It brought a few tears to a old mans heart. Thank you my mate...
My pleasure!
Thank you Dom for sharing your enthusiasm for everything automotive 👍.
I think they're all winners, just for the amount of effort it takes to keep one of those beasts track worthy. 👍
Fantastic!
I have a Ford Model A, so I can imagine what it feels like going those speeds!! 45mph is enough for me! 😅
How about putting a Buick nailhead or Hemi in it? It really needs one.
@chrishenniker5944 not in my Model A...beautiful simple and reliable engineering

Clever idea for the car at 12:48 to have the headlight cases mounted back-to-front, since they're more aerodynamic backwards!
Great stuff Dominic.. 😊 it's great to see the cars doing what they were built for❤
Oh my goodness. I had the biggest grin on my face from the beginning to end of this video.

Goodwood actually got the Wacky Races cars made, except the Profs car didn't convert, and Peter Perfects car didn't gain extra wheels.
Love these cars. I saw you talking to Ivan Dutton a great guy, I have visited him at his workshop, love his videos, Shed Racing. Love your channel.
I like the huge red car, no.76. Reminds me of the car piece from the Monopoly game!! Can't wait to see what you build.
I had their live stream running all weekend and enjoyed it immensely. More fun to watch than F1.
Wow, those cars are beasts !
Fantastic video. Thanks for showing it. I agree the Sunbeam does look the part. Hope you are able to start your project soon.
How could you not fall in love with those aero engine cars
This is the problem haha
I love these cars and I too am working my way to building one. Thanks for sharing.
I really enjoyed that. It is great that you have shined a spot light on these maginicent machines.
Thank you so much for sharing this awesome video with us!!!
Very nice. Looking forward to going to Goodwood Revival for the first time this year, 😎🏍
It is so great that people are prepared to race these cars. Just to see them in action, not sitting having them sitting in some private collection shut away from everyone.
Hi Dom, thanks for the great video!! I'm over here in the US, and never could have seen anything, but thanks to you!! These autos and their drivers are truly an inspiration!! Thanks again!!
Thank you thank you such beautiful machines and look forward to you starting this project pleased 🤞👍
Beautiful vehicles and amazing sounds.
So I just fell in love with these terrifying cars.
I watch a LOT of popular automotive UA-cam, but Dom’s channel is slowly becoming the most interesting of all of automotive UA-cam!
Thanks for the support! Just wait until we build our own car!
Great vintage speed machines thank you Dom
Glad you like them!
Hi Dom. That was an exciting day & the sunbeam was an amazing looking car & great review as always.
I would like to see someone gather some of the owners and make a "Beginnings of Race Engineering" video. Ivan and Suzie could narrate and coordinate the progress of innovations. I'm sure that would be a big hit.
Ivan and Suzie are quite busy you know !! But we do have a similar concept for a video in mind ….
we're on the case....
The beast of Turin. What a machine!! Had to come back and say, by crikey it looked like they were not going easy on those cars. The flag dropped and they were all out. Fantastic.
Hi Dom, back in 2010 Mark Walker drove the Darraq into the village we were loving in Somerset, he had just finished the restoration and was on a test drive, it was fantastic
great fun, thanks for showing this to us!
Glad you enjoyed it!
No aero engined special would be complete without the obligatory light switch on the dash (at 1:04).
What a great video!
It's so nice to see young guys building replicas. That gent who took you up the hill seemed so young compared to everyone else.
Very cool day for sure. I suggest you should build the Beast of Biggleswade. Cheers.
Ivan does have a spare Hall & Scott engine you know…. He’ll probably have most of a second car tucked away somewhere. SF Edge is by far the best of the MM for me, mad, brilliantly mad!
We saw Dom today at Bicester Scramble and we've shared some useful contacts with him.
Thank you for the contacts! Always a pleasure to see you guys, thank you
It's just great that people look after them
Excellent stuff Dom. There's no reason why you can't build a competitive car for that class. I look forward to seeing it coming to life!😃👍
I see you chatted to Ivan Dutton, amazing man
Another great video Dom, thanks for sharing!
My pleasure!
Cannot wait for your "Sunbeam" racer, plus the input from a Ranalah. Good luck Dom.
Exceptional video on both content and quality :) thanks for showing us these marvellous machines!
It's what you go to Goodwood for, even from the Netherlands :)
Same!
Absolutely awesome machines. Thank you so much for the video and best wishes.
Our pleasure!
I agree on the body style, two seater, long bonnet. I suppose obtaining an old engine might be the starting point.
Looks like it was a great day. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Dom , really enjoyed that
Glad you enjoyed it
Loved this. The sound.....😍
The number 6 and beast of turin were my favorites Dom!
Lovely and yes Dom we all need a longer lens. You must stop all other work and build one of this. Epic is an understatement to have the ability to represent the true glory days of proper racing. I know you can do it lad. Cheers.
Very excited to see what engine you can find for your monster!
The Beast of Turin is like a gorgeous thing out of a Studio Ghibli film (a la Porco Rosso)

Nice work on the wheeling machines, I'm in Kent if you fancy playing with my two wheels.
bloody brilliant thats my kind of racing, love it good luck with the build, wish i had space to build

It's all tax deductible in this world

Loved this awesome cars, glad your fav won 🏆
The Beast Turin is the only car I know of that lets you look into the cylinder when It is running. Dom should take a field trip to Ivan’s Shed.
I was there too, best event of the year.
Those crank motors are so cool.
Nice to see Dominic wearing self edge jeans! Spot on Bro!!
Are they the same as selvedge edge?
Great video, Dom! Those cars are amazing!
Just brilliant
Awesome dom. on my bucketlist to go to goodwood
Fabulous, my brother was a big fan of the Edwardians, the madder the better.
Fantastic video, thanks
Car 76 looks mad! That was my fave :)
I am really looking forward to seeing you build an aero engine car.
Thanks for the video.
Thanks for this Dom. Cheers
Fantastic to see goodwood
Glad you enjoyed it
What great sounds Dom.
Always a nice episode!!
Black no 6 for me nice video 👍
The beast of turin is my favourite looking it stands out from the rest.
Love it, thanks
Nice to see organisers remember Ukraine 👍
That Beast of Turin really loked like a beast, I'm surprised there weren't more ear plugs in evidence when it was around.
Awsom video, can’t wait to see what you get to restore 👍🏻
Amazing. Thanks for sharing your day Dom 👍
I was hoping you'd go for that style body on sunbeam, it just looks so awesome.
Amazing video gives us a taster of what its like thank you
The Darracq has added lightness but I do like the aero on the Sunbeam Indianapolis. My vote would be for Sunbeam style bodywork
The Beast of Turin was my favorite...
Fun video ❤

I've been busy in my Shed - check out Shed Racing, we've been producing loads of content lately -latest one is the Carlos Fandango Mini wheels !
i did spot one on ebay good luck hope you get one
I agree too it has to be a Sunbeam. Yes.
