A couple of things about any kind of masking.. Get your Vacuum brushes up.. . no contact with your masking from brushes. Get a roller for when you apply the mask... sand, seal, apply, roll before you cut. The brushes are a big deal they peel up masking. Downcut bits help... cadence manufacturing is now making a downcut v groove. I have not tried it yet, but it's a great idea

yes i learned using this on sighs etc. I use Kilz clear primer and it sticks good that way

Did you use an uncut or downcut bit?
i used ru2075 from whiteside, i guess its a upocut bit
actually that was wrong i used a 90 degree vcarve bit
