FOAM BLOCKS OR SNAP TIE SYSTEM WHICH IS BETTER
You can export it as a 3mf and it will import in the slicer as two components on the build plate. It will ask if you want to import the geometry only and that is a yes. It will ask if you want to import them as one component and you say no. Saves a little time.
Thanks , I appreciate that , I’ll try that next time
The way you say fillet is different. I have always heard it pronounced fill it. I wasn't going to say anything but I had a opportunity to be your first comment. No ill will intended.
I think you’re way is the right way , I’ll look to do better next time, thanks
Don’t feel bad I destroy a lot of wood practicing
That design is a lot better.
Thanks , my wife just got a iPhone 16 and dimensions are just a little different so I’m going to see if I can make it even better
Came here to see a Diamondback Switchback cover. I'm a little confused.
That’s what that is , super nice ,easy to put on ,I think it took me 15 minutes
I'll bet you haven't destroyed as much wood as I have trying to figure this thing out and get the feel for it! Thanks for the video!
I’ve destroyed plenty,glad it helped
Great video. What is the name of the orange rebar holder/form straps you are using and where can you get them? Thanks
Accufooting
Nice tutorial, will come in handy for me as I've just started using Fusion360. Also, you don't need to paint your models to change the color. You could either select a different filament for the part itself before you slice or just slice it and select the filament you want right before printing. The painting function is more so for if you wanted to use more than 1 color.
Beautiful bench, and Thank You for sharing your insight on the lift.
Thanks I appreciate it
That’s pretty badass!
Thanks
Im making similar things for friends and family and my biggest concern is the Epoxy Resin on a cutting board. I have a health concern about the small shards or pieces of resin that will be removed as we continue to use the board for cutting. Thoughts ?
I use a food grade epoxy, however most people use them for serving cheese like charcuterie style
Thank you for this information! I have a new e42 r2 with 60 hours and it sucked on high speed tracking. No power. Wouldn’t turn without great effort. My dealer said it was normal and they all are that way! Came across your video and a simple adjustment makes it a totally new machine. On mine the Allen Screws are exposed without removing anything.great job Thanks for posting!
Happy it helped
Does it do elevations as well?
Yes , extremely well
Once you extruded the one circle it hides the sketch. You need to make the sketch visible again after that first extrude. In the sketch tab
Still learning, thanks
I’m having the exact same problem and I haven’t moved anything. IMO the gadget is JUNK. I noticed like yours that mine cuts “on” the path. It cuts each section twice in opposite directions. I come up with 1.25 male sections and 1.75 female sections. make tabs and 1.75 slots. I’m totally frustrated with this gadget and vectric in general. It reminds me of TurboCad in about 1990 as compared to lightburn which I would compare to autocad.
Very. Nice
Thanks
You didn't polish it enough.
Holy crap! This is the only info on the internet that helps with this problem. Thank you soo much for posting it!
3:32 And in foarness, any 18 inch chainsaw will have some challenge on a 24 inch log. The chain doesn't come free, at some point, through the center, Or you have a bit of geometry to work the length you do have. But that would be true for a gas model as well.
Any advice on how to get the Tension correct on a new CS1500? new chain new saw Just can't get the chain to tighten....
Not sure , I’m not near my saw , I’ll try and do some research
Good Job been pouring walls for 20 yrs not bad sir!
Thanks I appreciate that

Brilliant, thanks. I'm going to try this later today
What kind of plywood?
3/4 cdx sprayed with a release agent
I just found this video and I know it's old but with the 1/8" compression bits you don't need tabs. The bit leaves the saw dust in the cut and hold the parts in place perfectly. Saves a lot of time not having to cut and trim the tabs. Also, there are 1/8" compression bits that will cut 3/4" baltic birch in a single pass. This saves even more time.
I will have to give that a try, thanks
@@OutlawWoodworking The 1/8" compression bits are a game changer and save a ton of time. I can run it about 70 IPM at a full 3/4" depth. You can go even faster with 1/2" material. Sure beats going round and round 5 times. Thanks for the video, I hadn't seen the box gadget before.
2 years later - still worth buying?
Still working perfect
@@OutlawWoodworking Thanks!
what type of plywood are you using for the forms ?
Cdx
@@OutlawWoodworking - Thank you - big help. Attempting to do the same thing just was not sure of the type of plywood.
@greengateacreshomestead4324 make sure and spray the plywood with a release agent
@@OutlawWoodworking we have used vegetable oil for our footer and that worked really good, so I am planning to use that again
Next time just rent some Simplex or Symons concrete forms
The drone footage answer a lot on its own. Thank you for a great review!
Hie what is your source of power in the woods
small honda generator
Try best plans for woodworkers. woodprix.
So what's going on the other side and isn't it kinda low especially for you?
There’s a sander on other side
Thanks for the great video! Am doing the same thing. Any issue about if mesh should go first and then pipe and rebar? Also, did you saw cut expansion joints after the fact? I am concerned that the pex might get cut during the cutting process!?
I did saw cut , driveway was 6” thick so we saw cut 2” and everything worked out good
Wow! What a cool idea thanks for sharing!
You are so welcome!
I just bought the 27 gallon for my plasma cutter
Nice
Does it keep up? I have the same one and haven’t tried it yet
@@brendansmith4884 yes it keeps up just fine last week I was beveling 4" schedule 80 pipe I was using 75psi at the tip of my plasma torch. My gauge on my plasma cutter didn't move.
A big time and money saver. Make your verticals the proper length from the footer. Plan ahead.
So all I need is a $4,000 laser printer. Sweet.
You mean the cnc router?
@PjotrStroganov yes
Thanks for the review. I hope to be adding a cat as our next addition. Looks like a Swiss Army knife
I cant tell but I hope those are Anodeless gas risers you are using. If they are single wall Anode type will need to attach anode bags to them. Also it is good practice not to let trace wire touch polyethylene pipe because in rare cases lighting strikes to riser will conduct through trace wire melting a hole in polyethylene pipe.
Thanks
@@OutlawWoodworking 👍
Was hoping to see how you braced it all. Especially without having a bottom tie
It has a bottom tie that screws into footing and then I used 2x4 with adjustable legs to brace the whole thing
Mesinnya mantap👍,,,namun sayangnya tidak di jual di Indonesia
Thanks for watching
I'm from the US and hang no flags.
Why not
Much faster to sucker nail a 2x4 to footer.....form one side of the wall and brace.......put snap ties and then form other side of wall and then sucker nail other side with a 2x4 in footer
P
What are them metal deal called the one that lock the forms
