I love the core. I'd love to find a Black Oxide Version. So, the core is basically the large tool to the Kick/Blast series. Kick/blast/Core. Just like Skeletool/Signal/Mutt, Rebar/Super tool 300, Wave/Surge. It's the heavy duty model.
Never had that problem. And if it happens then I will send it in for warranty and it wil get fixed or they will probably send a ST 300 for replacement.
The Core has a lanyard loop that will come out with the file. Good tool around the house.

To me, it seems like the Core is the precursor to the Supertool 300 which has basically the same toolset.

The core was the replacement for the super tool 200 before the creation of the super tool 300.
@@pmn6404ST 300 has beefy pliers with exchangeable wire cutters.

They are retired, check ebay maybe
None replaceable wire cutters is far more better than the replaceable wire cutter plier head
The core has an issue the handles the metal by the fold edge at the polite head can crack this is a failure
