Great series. I practice it. One of thing main things that took pain away from me was diet. Terrible pain due to inflammation. Switched to an anti-inflammatory diet and 96% of my problems solved. in a week!

What I really appreciate, is that doing these " excercises" Actually DECREASES pain, as opposed to most others ' excercises' that INCREASE ' pain,... which makes the decision: " to do... or not to do "... who wants to increase their pain ?? ... that is NOT my idea of becoming ' fit'. ... just love love " uprite health" ! ..& your sense of humor!

I don’t have a diagnosis yet, but I have been working out with dumbbells more than a year from now and Pilates barre like 2 years or more ago from now, 1/21/25 and in November I started going to the gym, I paid a P Trainer to help me with glutes exercises and on my 5th week I got this unbearable pain on my back. I will have my MRI on 1/27, XRays didn’t show anything. Lower back pain and hips pain, sacro pain. I stopped working out since December 11 😔 and today I just finished your workout. The back bending didn’t feel good for me so I stopped that but the others felt so good. I want to feel normal again and move my body . Thanks for your video!!!

First, understand that the suffix '-itis' indicates inflammation. Then, try to determine possible causes for inflammation in your hip. As patricia and sp have already recommended, don't eat inflammatory foods like sugar, wheat, processed foods. Do some research, there's lots of good info on UA-cam and elsewhere on the web. Also, muscular imbalance can cause bursitis. Start with this program of overall hip strengthening. Be consistent and persistent; it can take weeks of work before the benefits start to manifest. Do research on hip bursitis, too. There are lots of contributing factors, and no specific exercises that will cure it. Just keep working till you find what works for you.
