I do this meditation first thing after my coffee and I go from feeling agitated and in a state to completely calm. You wouldn't think that was possible in just 10 minutes. You were going way too fast! I got one breath in and out by the time you did two breaths in and out. You dont have to squeeze every body part in within 10 minutes. I was still relaxed after your Meditation, and thank you.
