@@AviationPilot91 Hi Aviation, i spent 4 days in Hospital i had Viral Pneumonia, the head Dr explained to me there has been a resurgence on viruses due to social distancing. Ive completly recovered. But i been left with damaged lung tussie. I am improving, but healing slowly. I dont have that zest in me,atm. and i do get tired easy. Working progress 😀
@@petarsron I’m very glad to hear that, I have also been going through some health issues at the moment, but I am getting better gradually. Let’s just take this one step at a time. After all, it’s not easy, but, we can do this. :)

I tried meditation once for anxiety. Couldn't do it. No good. Didn't work. Cost $750 (that's in 2015 money and was a half price unemployment discount). Wow.
Does anybody else got the problem of always falling asleep? I don' t lay down because then it's over after a few minutes but even when I sit, my mind shuts down and I snooze.. And that happens all the time, not when I am sleepy. It's always like this
Thank you I did this in bed with my 3 yo on me. Couldnt get her to sleep. But this put her to sleep. It is not the way it was meant to be Not perfect but that is all I could do. Thank you🥰
Please redo this without the mouth and throat noises. I have a love hate relationship with it because there's also a part of me that says "if you're meditating the point is to not be distracted and to focus on breathing" so overcoming the mouth sounds is a fun challenge.
I think defintelt some people love the insight and find it helps them ground themselves, but other people (like me, who find it hard to get out of my head) stir away from that kind of guided meditation)

i often cant meditate for more than ten minutes but succeeded with this and even thought, "wow, i went 20 minutes!" tyvm
I have done a lot of meditations with a lot of different practitioners both online and IRL and this is definitely one of my favourites, very calming.
Your yoga shoulder release has been the only thing that has relieved my chronic neck pain. I practice every day I can!

Misophonia is real
With really good headphones can hear all that noises... True challenge to focus on meditation.
A good pop filter over the microphone will cancel out those sounds. Also, Chapstick to keep lips moist.

The little sounds of swallowing made it really hard for my to focus.
Same, the swallowing and throat noises. But it also helps me to stay focused on me by not letting it distract me.
You couldnt have edited out those in between mouth noises tho 😭😭??

Then you shouldn't do GUIDED meditation lol. The point is that the instructor will guide you through it.
