This meditation was a wonderful gift in place of yoga as we’re expected to reach a record-breaking 116 degrees F today in Oregon. I need to practice meditation much more often as my mind is more and more like a hamster wheel. Thank you, as always. 💙

thank you so much for this practice, Paula!! your meditations are my favorite I've found, by far. for my college health class, we are focusing on stress management this week, and we have to keep a log tracking our experience of doing 15 minutes of deep breathing/progressive relaxation/visualization a day. I've been doing this video for 2 days in a row now, and wow, the results have left me speechless. classes are a major stressor for me right now, so taking the time not only for a yoga practice but also a full 15 minutes of relaxation has been a game-changer. today i felt anxious, fidgety, and unbalanced when starting this, and by the end, it felt like a whole new day. i feel balanced, calm, centered, and at peace. thank you so much again :) much love!!!

When she said let those thoughts pass, don’t engage with them, we know she’s right. That’s the only way to let negative thoughts go, not give them any weightage. Never engage with them because you’ll never win the argument. Thank you Paula, your practice is perfect.

But tried aince it is your sharing😍 and I felt I could.breathe with ease after we went back to normal.breathing. but also felt I have some holding in my lower back...I cant quite let go. Visited my parents yesterday and I cant really let go around them either... keep on trying your videos
