I am from Bangladesh and cure for vaginal dryness is not effectively available, I've been in a relationship where I had to hear many disgraceful comments about my vaginal dryness. Bioidentical estrogen aznd progesterone are solutions. Bioidentical, made in compounding pharmacy, not a pharmaceuticals. I use progesterone since 50, didn't have any symptoms when I got in menopause at 55. Since age 60 I had to get estradiol80% estriol 20%. Vaginal dryness is gone, side effect .Good looking skin.
I'm glad it's working for you. I'm 80 never had any discomfort till 2 yrs. ago. So far on third compound with no relief. Nothing else wrong down there. How long does it really take to work?

I had a blood clot in my leg after a surgery my Dr. 10 years ago my Dr. prefers I not use vaginal estrogen. My Uro thinks it could helps uti’s what are your ideas on vaginal estrogen use in this circumstance?

What doctor? stuff doesn't even get into blood stream after 30 yr. study the safest thing there is. Do your research!!
