Cals in vs cals out. I suggest freezing super ripe bananas and having a couple of banana smoothies a day - toss in 3-4 frozen bananas at time with some almond milk or even chocolate almond milk. Healthiest milkshake around and an easy 800 cals added a day. Nothing artificial :)
who cares what people tell you! as long as you're healthy, all you can do is try to make healthy choices. For my anxiety and concerns over my heart I pushed myself to workout more so I know my heart is used to working hard and can endure a lot. That helped for me, you'll find something that helps your anxiety.
I understand what you mean. I'm 15, 5'8 and I weigh about 130. I worry 2, although my metblisiom is fast and in my family girls grow in height for a while. I think you are fine but if you want to gain weight try building muscle. I took karate and it helped.

Geneva Thanks, I've tried exercise in the past and it just makes me lose weight and feel quite ill. Plus my doctor told me if I do exercise not to.
