I have these pedals and can push them to 230bpm 16th notes. Not sure how they'd cope at higher tempos such 250+ bpm. I start find these start to work against you a bit when playing 230+
I would not get these, they aren't very smooth and fast (stock, if you get new cams etc they're smoother and faster, either way keep it lubed). I suggest saving up for the pearl eliminator or tama iron cobra (power glide)
I'd say it's pretty close, no double pedal is going to be 100% the same because of physics. Definitely smooth and no lag. The chain and spring are still in great shape!
Not really. I do admit that after a few hours of playing it will start to shake itself lose usually just by like half a turn. It's not a big deal for me but at this price range I think it's not an issue
Yeah it's like the faster I play, the pedal seems to detach its self from the kick drum. I just wanted to see if I wasn't the only one. Thanks for replying man.
@@bagusbagaskoro631 yeah i still have em! Still going strong, i will say the felt on the beaters wear down super fast. But i just got a new beater (mostly just play single kick these days) and its still going strong!
+BurgleFlangle Cinnabutters Thanks for the feedback. I bet it would help, but the T-rods of my vintage kit get in the way so I can't get it as close as I would like to. I need to get some new tension rods but I haven't gotten around to it yet.
Thanks for playing Pearl Pedals!
+Pearl Drums By far the best pedals I've used so far :) keep doin your thang pearl haha
Great video, I have worked with some of the best drummers in the world and they swear by pearl!
I've yet to see them go above 200 bpm...

Hi, how it wors the p932 bro? tkx
So these are worth getting? Trying to decide on a double pedal to get since I'm trying to learn a lot of heavy metal songs

don't shit yourself, you're an excellent drummer, thanks for the vid great footwork kid
Thinking about getting an electronic kit for the apartment. Will these work with an electronic kick pad? Should...right? (Good vid, btw)
They should work just fine! The beaters do have a felt side and that's usually what you want to use on an electronic kit to not beat up the triggers.
Nice. Thanks for the reply. Liked and subbed.
@@abethedrummeractually you want to use plastic, using felt will wear out mesh and rubber heads. plastic will not ruin the piezos inside the pads
is the slave pedal responsive as the main pedal? And did you have any issues with the chain or the spring? Thanks!

are these worth buying for a low budget drummer?
Yes
Abe Thedrummer thank you!
Dude you rock. Who the fuck are you?
How do you do the double bass fills ?
Usually with my feet :D
Did you have any issues with the pedal staying attached to your kick drum?
Not really. I do admit that after a few hours of playing it will start to shake itself lose usually just by like half a turn. It's not a big deal for me but at this price range I think it's not an issue

Yes, for sure
Are these pedal worth to play in metal band?
Yessir
Abe Anderson you still use this pedal?

@@abethedrummer thx dude! I have plan to buy these pedal but ì`m worry about the single chain drive on this pedal because i play grindcore music
Why does this video have dislikes?
I really suggest that you line up your beaters as close as possible to the drum head. It'll improve how much effort you put. :D
