This is more surrealism… movement based on altered states of mind “above reality”. Abstract is when you can’t describe the images other way than just color and general shape. Here you can clearly dissect plane, electric guitar and hey!
Video was based on reports from epilepsy patients… so that falls under surrealism too.
Abstract music rarely has any kind of structure, decipherable beat or constant melody. No lyrics and purposefully misleading instrumentation.

Surrealist and psychedelic art at the same time! You can see the notes of surrrealism from odd imagery, the seemingly infinite chairs on the boxing arena, and the "The Holy Mountain" visuals from the meat-monsters dancing
