Ever since they switched to a vegetable based menu people have been talking, good and bad. One things for sure, as a three Michelin star restaurant they deliver an experience on another level. Here is a quick rundown of their tasting menu. I call this a preview of the meal with a short video showing what's in store when you visit. Their current menu is $365 per person before tax and tip.

Never seen restaurant food filmed in such high quality. That 4k 60fps just hits different.
If I had to make one negative comment it would be the waiters' rate of speech. They just speak way too fast and dump so much info about the food you're about it without letting you the time to understand any of it. Maybe it's because I'm not a native speaker. I don't know.

Thanks. I take great pride in my videos. Just using my iPhone Pro Max but in HDR so things are brighter and pop more.
Some servers do talk quick. I usually edit videos to be as clean as possible. I tighten up spaces between words, edit out any mistakes or repetition, etc. I like to think it helps but it does speed up their talking.
They created the punch card. The top restaurants go the extra mile. They know I was going on a tour of every 3 and 2 Michelin star restaurant in NYC in about 13 days so they made the punchcard to customize the meal. It's so special to me. Glad you noticed. Thanks for watching. Take care.
This meal is still great but I miss EMP’s non-plant menu. Plant-based just doesn’t hit the same. And the fact that they raised the price after going plant-based has always bugged me. Feels a little cynical like they did it just for a cash grab. Either way, good vid!
Thank you. I agree with you 100% too. It's amazing they have held on to three stars but they haven't missed a beat with service, attention to detail and the experience they offer. Just glad they do lunch so I can get a meaty dinner after this.
