Thanks for another great workout. I love the adductor move. I find it hard to target the inner thighs using dumb bells but that move did it. Your cues are also so helpful - sometimes, I fee like you can see me through my TV! Louie is adorable too. Thanks Chris!
Love the reminders that we are converting our bodies to burning machines with weights! I used to add cardio after my weighted workouts to get more calorie burn on my watch! And I knew better but I still did it because I needed to see those numbers. Thank you Chris for helping me change my mindset!

Louie makes my heart melt every time! If I was working out near him, I would be so distracted and probably be doing more cuddling and kissing of louie than working out! Also thanks for encouraging strength training and setting an example using heavy weights. By the way, I don't mind repeating at all!
Hello! Iv been live 3-5 days a week for just over 6 months now. Your program has change my life as a busy stay at home wife that forgot she mattered. I was already down 25lb but need to now get fit, the scale has not changed… but I’m down 2 more pant sizes and solid!!!! Love you for what you do for all of us!!!! 🎉🎉🎉

Wow what a great leg day. I decided to not use the bands today, as I am still being cautious with my ankle, I still got a good leg workout. Louie really knows the days we need him most. I don't always love repeats, but I do always feel good after doing them! I wear a watch, but I don't focus on the calories at all, in fact I often don't even look at them. But since you asked, my calories burned were way lower than the numbers you said people were getting, and guess what, I don't care! I know I got a great workout and everybody's body (and tracker!) is different. Thanks for another great lower body!

YOWZA! This was an awesome workout! I burned 319 during the workout and 412 total and I just finished the workout at 4:25 a.m. My heart rate was up. This is a bit of a change from my normal weight routine and I loved it! Thank you!

Doing this workout without air conditioning in the room was horrible. Every inch of my skin was covered with water, I was sweating so much. But every minute was worth it. I am very grateful to be here and to be able to work on myself with such help.❤
Cal burn was 360. But high heart rate through most of it! Today is my 34th birthday. I’m the strongest and most flexible version of myself. I’ve never felt better and more of my whole self. Strength training has connected my strong inner self with my new strong external self. ❤🎉

Intense from start to finish! 🔥 (My watch: 282 cals burned during this workout). LOVE using the band, it really helps me stabilize myself and maintain good form during the movements, specifically the lunges, where I tend to lose form sometimes when switching legs without the band. Thank you!! ❤❤❤

I agree - you have an extensive playlist of exercise programs that we can use & I have referred to them (add Barre to an option provided). With company in town, I wasn't able to work out for three days, so I didn't use as heavy a band, nor the heavier weights & I'll safely work back up again. I still had a great workout & was sweating at the end. Thank you, Chrstina, for all the hard work you put into making the programs successful! 😃

I pushed myself with heavier weights today, and it was intense and exactly what I needed. I did drop the weight for the Kang squats to improve my form, and even with lighter weights, I could really feel the burn when my form was on point. It was a great reminder that proper form is crucial! Thanks again for the awesome workout! 🙌

Heavied up and really feeling it a few hours later 💪🏽 finding that while my lower body can tolerate heavier weights, I often am not strong enough to hold them at center chest or by my side without my shoulders rolling forward. Loved this legs n glutes ❤workout today!! I worked up a Lil sweat too😊 I use to only be able to hold 5lb weights when doing lunges now I'm able to hold 10s in my hands when I do them ❤ I used my 20s and 10s today.
It is so validating when you think your own workouts are hard 🤣 I was not happy about having 3 rounds, but it actually went pretty fast!! Everybody wants a Dorner booty!!
That was a good workout and I hope to increase the weights I'm holding the next time I do this one, depending on how the legs feel tomorrow. Note to self: Check calendar for Aug 21, 2024 for weights used. (and yes, I keep track of my workouts) thank you Chris.
Still prefer arms to legs, but this was great. My right knee is a little off, so I did modify the lunges, and that's ok! Doing arms tomorrow since I will be out of town this weekend. It will be a body weight/cardio weekend! Have a great weekend Chris!

Loved this legs n glutes ❤workout today!! I worked up a Lil sweat too😊 I use to only be able to hold 5lb weights when doing lunges now I'm able to hold 10s in my hands when I do them ❤ I used my 20s and 10s today.

That was a good workout and I hope to increase the weights I'm holding the next time I do this one, depending on how the legs feel tomorrow. Note to self: Check calendar for Aug 21, 2024 for weights used. (and yes, I keep track of my workouts) thank you Chris.
Still prefer arms to legs, but this was great. My right knee is a little off, so I did modify the lunges, and that's ok! Doing arms tomorrow since I will be out of town this weekend. It will be a body weight/cardio weekend! Have a great weekend Chris!
