Felt this one for sure! Whew! All the talk about the 80s is making e feel bad for throwing out my sticker books a couple years ago (haha)! I'm not even sure I remembered to take pictures of it, but that was one thing I actually held on to for a long time from my childhood. Fun times, thank you!
Took my time with this one and didnt always use weights as really keen to get the correct form, so listened hard to your instruction and I'm learning all the time. ..the weights will come with time..much appreciated Chris.....😊 x
Awesome lower body strength workout with a totally awesome, rad trainer (it is ‘80s week!)! Although I’ve been doing CDorner Fitness workouts for a few years now, I always appreciate reminders on correct form from an experienced, credentialed trainer. I’m loving all the 80s music, will be happily singing them the rest of the day, as well as loving going on trips down memory lane -I had many of those same stickers but, because I am older than Chris, mine were stuck on school folders/ pee-chees or book covers made with paper grocery bags!
Afterparty Sticker book so TOTALLY nostalgic this was tuff had to do some of the move without weights to get the form by 3rd round of staple move I was done but I did what I could. 💙
Admittedly, leg day is never my favorite but I always do it anyway and feel good when it’s done. Today was a tough one but I did it all and I’m better for it. The 80s music definitely helped! I’ve been loving it all week! I was in high school in the 80s and these songs bring back so many memories! Thanks, Chris!

I have always had issues with lunges and my knees, and normally skip workouts like this. But I did it today and just took my time to have good form. I may have done way less reps, but I DID do it! When you stop and show correct form, I pay close attention and I’m getting better!! Thank you so much Chris!
Killer leg workout!! The mentions of Garbage Pail Kids were cracking me up. I was in love with Mackenzie Astin who was in the GPK movie, so I wanted to collect the cards. My mom thought they were gross though so I wasn't allowed to buy them. ☹️🤣 Looking back now, I gotta say they were pretty gross. 🤣🤣 Thank you for the workout!

This workout was great! I loved your sticker book. My original book was stolen by an older girl on my bus. My second sticker book was neat but just not the same. I was probably 6 at the time. My favorite moves were Jenna’s favorite, inner thighs and the one legged curtsy squats. I felt my balance and core working in that move. Thank you so much! I will have to send you a picture of the oil stickers. They were stickers with oil inside and when you pressed them they changed colors. My sisters and I loved them because they were neat. I just love the 80’s! 🎉😂
24 year wedding anniversary on Wednesday so we went out for drinks. Felt it was okay as I’d get back to this class and I did today. Glad I didn’t miss it. Looking forward to Bulgarian split squats next week. PT has me doing those now.

I just got a little emotional. I just finished this workout, was not in pain and actually enjoyed it!😀 this is such a huge hurdle for me. I'm so proud of the progress I've made and the changes I can see and feel in my body are the motivation that keeps me going. Thank you Chris for all that you do for us, especially this girl who at one point barely could do a reverse lunge let alone a curtsy lunge because it was painful and I was so out of shape. Forever grateful❤
