As someone who used to do body pump 1 or 2 times a week for strength training I really appreciate your program. It got really boring after a while especially since I took the same instructor’s class both days so even if she switched it up it was the same moves & music. It’s great how you switch things up all the time & keep us entertained so time goes by fast & we’re done before we know it! I really appreciate all you do!
I couldn't agree more! I used to do body pump twice a week, too, and never really liked it but it's what was offered at my gym (which I stopped going to during covid and never returned since I found cdorner) BP got really boring, with the same moves and music. Very thankful to have found Chris - the best on You Tube!!

Richard Simmons held an event at Split Rock Lodge in the late 90's for Mother's Day that my mom and I attended. It was a live workout followed by a boxed lunch and meet and greet with him. Was a lot of fun. Loved him. Great workout today - I keep "whew"ing even after finishing a few minutes ago :)

Loved the workout! The static hold with the bicep curl while pushing down on the band with your foot is a challenge. And any lat pulls with the bands is always groovy. Thank you!

I so missed the live version that I couldn’t attend this morning but I am SO grateful to have a second chance at the after party. Wow! Some amazing moves today! I remember when I couldn’t stand up off the ground without my hands and now I can do it with a 15 lb weight in my hands. Very cool!! Thank you, Chris, for this challenging workout. Excited to do this workout today (after party). There are certain moves I can't do (YET!) because I have about a million trapped nerves that scream at me if I try...BUT I just modify! And I've learnt so many moves now that I can just pick another one and JUST KEEP MOVING. I've been doing the actual programme for 5 weeks now and I am so much stronger and more flexible than when I just picked something I felt like doing (step...boxing...step...boxing...legs..step 😂). Thank you Chris ❤ I love working out with you so much. Maybe I'll do a live one day but 9am for you is 1am for me in New Zealand 😅

This Monday morning workout was an absolute necessity to start the week . Went to bed very late watching the soccer finals and was accidentally awaken at 6 am by an Amazon delivery, and I am definitely not a morning person. Thanks to you Chris and this awesome and fun workout I was able to start my day and my week smoothly and on the right foot (literally!)

I slept a bit wonky last night, woke up at my usual 4:00 a.m. but this time didn't have work, or obligations, so chose to go back to sleep until 7:30, this is so rare to go back to sleep. It threw me off a bit and I woke up the 2nd time not feeling so great. I am so happy that despite the rollercoaster morning, I still did your Totally Toned Class, and it was exactly what I needed. Now I am ready for the Vertical Step Class coming up. Thank you Chris, Kevin and sweet pups.😊
Was moving a canoe during the live session, really enjoyed getting to do the workout later. My cat decided to join me at the same time as your dogs did in the video, must have been the music!! I personally feel that leaving a comment is a form of therapy. It makes me think about what I feel I accomplished, what I struggled with, what I can do to improve, any number of things. As I am "maturing" I try to exercise my brain as well! Thanks Chris!
