So i just started this workout..and i just finished it before iftar..means workout while I'm still fasting and it's a low impact workout and i manage to do it..and I'm little late..it's 12 days of Ramadan and I'm hopefully can get back my fitness since i haven't do workout for long time..and thank you for the videos❤

This is so great, thank you! I am using 9 pound weights. At first I used 3 pounds, and was doing the punches super fast, but you said it wasn't supposed to be fast, so I upped my weights, and yes, I cannot do them fast anymore :-). My upper arms are quivering after the workout, ha ha!!! Love the way you break down the movements. Thank you again!
Hil! Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda cans for weights but could not even last 7 minutes when my arms completely gave up 😟 My MIL used 12 lb dumbbells and did this full lesson powerfully! She has tremendous thick biceps and massive strength in every possible way and dimension! I feel really low and defeated
