In Part 4 of my T5 swap in the 1967 Mustang, the moment we've all been waiting for is here-the first drive! After all the hard work, it's time to take the Mustang out on the road to experience the new Tremec T5 manual transmission. However, the excitement takes a turn as tragedy strikes at the end of the video.

I love that P.O.V drive from the swap will be checking this out more often ❤❤
Thank you I wish I had been filming when the motor mounts broke it was spectacular. The whole engine came up out of the car and hit the strut tower.
That sounds GOOD!!!
Not much sounds better then open headers through a 4 barrel carb
Hey Bryce, I love your videos, man. I sent you an email on Sunday, I really need help getting back into aviation. Thanks.
KICKSTART MY HEAARRRRRRRRT
OOHHHH YEAAHHHHH!!!! BABY!! " guitar solo intensifies"
BRYCE - FORGOT to mention something
MOTOR MOUNTS
My experience is that buying them from cheap places like AUTO ZONE they are garbage
Had a Mercury Villager (Nissan Quest) and bought those and they broke in a couple weeks
Had better luck at NAPA with their high end line, much higher quality
BUT I think in your case either go to FORD or maybe some Hotrod shop like Summit etc
Especially since it's not stock
PS- am seeing a bunch of YT videos on fixing up Mustangs the same era as yours
People forget that these vintage cars DID NOT HAVE COMPUTERS ? What a dream !
Even tho I had that 1970 BOSS 429 Mustang (fantastic car), I prefer small block Chevy's
Having said that, I'd buy something like a 2007 fastback stick, even a 6 cylinder, sure there are a lot of mods available for that engine
Can't stop laughing ! ! !
I did the EXACT THING after installing that 331 ci small block, drove it around the block WITHOUT a HOOD !
The engine was so radical sounding that everyone thought it was a big block till I popped the hood !
Jon Garlitts mechanic did the machine work on the block, crank and 2.02 heads
Tells me HOTRODDERS are all ALIKE !
GLAD nothing BLEW UP. I did spin a rod bearing street racing, then rebuilt the bottom end again.
My tank of a 1965 Impala SS with the 283 emblem on the front fender BLEW AWAY a 396 same year Impala !
Also, one night on an isolated 4 lane highway between Clearwater and Tampa, we came accross a 340 Duster. We both slowed down to like 10 mph and then punched it !
MY big IMPALA TANK stayed dead even with him with every shift !
He must have embarrassed his little light 340 car could not beat me !
