I must say, few parts of the reviews are misleading. Looks could be individual opinion. X5 is more comfortable while driving, rear seat is not bad for 6 feet tall as well. Few mm more leg space more in gle doesn’t mean its more comfortable 🤣. I am mercedes user. And honestly i feel, bmw’s x5 is better choice between these two cars.
If screens, UI and tech makes you feel a car is better, Then you definitely shouldn't call yourself a driving enthusiast. I personally have driven both of the cars and the X5 absolutely buries the GLE to the ground in terms performance and driving, And 12:27 just 20 hp? Just because the Gle makes that much HP with an i4 doesn't make the X5 a deal breaker. Practically the X5 dominates the GLE over by 120 NM of torque, Where Gle gives 500nm and the X5 is 620NM. The merc feels like an absolute sloth to drive. The GLE does 0-100 in 7.2 secs where the X5 does 6.5 that's actually quite a difference. Now idk if mercedes sponsored you or not. But I feel like you haven't balanced the review. Very much biased onto the GLE IMO. But anyways different people, different perspectives, Different choices.

BMW is slightly better and 6 cylinder will usually outlast a harder working 4 cylinder. The Zf transmission has always been better than Mercedes variant.

But if you are going to drive it your self with family then X5 makes more sense than GLE... The man in this video is giving paid review by Mercedes... That's proved he said because he said Mercedes have a lot of bugs and lags and the response of steering is is not good 🤦🏻 {it is a huge problem (safety related)}... But after that he reviewed GLE... Why???

You can easily reduce the height of the X5 using air suspension
Both of the SUV's are best in their segment standard. #MercedesGLE300d #BMWX5 . But I will choose #BMWX5.

And the 300d lacks memory seats, which at this price point is and should be standard equipment
