I drink most of these already..but really prefer the fruits over the juices. The list are as follows:

4. Smoothie.. preferably green veg

Haven't had soda in years. I drink probably a gallon of water a day and will have a sweet tea occasionally. I do however like to have a beer now and then so no abs now days lol
I was addicted to coke with sugar. I had to get a clue. Now I have lost a ton of weight. My blood sugar is excellent and I eat right foods. I feel great!

Ahhhhh that's exactly what am doing 😍 green tea with slice of ginger and organic turmeric add of half lemon juice with black pepper and golden milk right before bed 🤗
Does thw golden milk help you sleep? How do you make it?
@@ZezeDouglas yes it does help. Add 1cup of milk in a pan and bring it to boil. Simmer the milk for 2-3 minutes and add 1/2 tspn turmeric powder , black pepper and 1pinch ground ginger and let it boil for another minute and transfer to a cup. You can also add sugar or jaggery if you want.

Yes turmeric milk is so good ... its Mom’s magic drink where after a long day of tiring work or family function; turmeric milk she gave adding cardamom powder n dry fruit powder; would restore back the energy very much needed.

@@julieblanke2440yes mom’s recipe same ingredients (plus sugar)as I mentioned above …sometimes she used to add 1 tsp of homemade melted clarified butter (ghee) too

I've long been trying to find ways to replace or supplement coffee. thyme is an herb that is a stimulant to a different part of the nervous system than caffeine but the effect seems to be similar, only repeated use of it seems to cause the effect to reduce with time.
I won't mind trying all of them they sound and look delicious

I'm not a coffee person. Tea is the drink I really like. This is my hydration go to.
I love coffee but since being rather unwell in the last year,Tea is easier. And I do feel little better after it.
Some of the more pungent herbal teas n smoothies now increase nausea, mix badly with meds.
I used to be very healthy, non drinker/ smoker ,etc.
Now I have some serious challenges ahead! Your health is your wealth!

orange juice, too much sugar added for store-bought brands. I found turmeric in capsule form, green tea with lemon at night, and no sugar, I have high blood pressure, and my Dr.. recommends no coffee. daily exercise lost 15 pounds. eating salads with tuna, or chicken, my health has improved. Great video. and flax seed in the salad, to help clean up those 60-year-old arteries.
Beetroot juice is the best thing to do before a workout , cruciferous juices , sooo cleansing. I love orange juice but I'm a diabetic, so I really can't drink it, I like to try and avoid supplements if I can, so what's a good alternative to orange juice. forgot to add I love my two cups of coffee in the morning and my five cups of tea throughout the day. And don't forget the king of them all water
