    I drink most of these already..but really prefer the fruits over the juices. The list are as follows:
    1. Kombucha
    2. OJ breakfast fav
    3. Blueberry juice
    4. Smoothie.. preferably green veg
    5. Green Tee..👌
    6. Beetsroot juice
    7. Herbal Tea..(I also like black tea)
    8.Coffee
    9. Turmeric

    Turmeric milk(Haldi ka dudh) is age old drink of India💛... Its our grand ma's magical drink for a tiring day or any ailment in family and her special occasions haldi dudh and saffron, cardamom, nuts.. Tastes like heaven🥰

    Haven't had soda in years. I drink probably a gallon of water a day and will have a sweet tea occasionally. I do however like to have a beer now and then so no abs now days lol

    I was addicted to coke with sugar. I had to get a clue. Now I have lost a ton of weight. My blood sugar is excellent and I eat right foods. I feel great!

      @@ZezeDouglas yes it does help. Add 1cup of milk in a pan and bring it to boil. Simmer the milk for 2-3 minutes and add 1/2 tspn turmeric powder , black pepper and 1pinch ground ginger and let it boil for another minute and transfer to a cup. You can also add sugar or jaggery if you want.

    Yes turmeric milk is so good ... its Mom’s magic drink where after a long day of tiring work or family function; turmeric milk she gave adding cardamom powder n dry fruit powder; would restore back the energy very much needed.

      @@julieblanke2440yes mom’s recipe same ingredients (plus sugar)as I mentioned above …sometimes she used to add 1 tsp of homemade melted clarified butter (ghee) too

    I've long been trying to find ways to replace or supplement coffee. thyme is an herb that is a stimulant to a different part of the nervous system than caffeine but the effect seems to be similar, only repeated use of it seems to cause the effect to reduce with time.

      I love coffee but since being rather unwell in the last year,Tea is easier. And I do feel little better after it.
      Some of the more pungent herbal teas n smoothies now increase nausea, mix badly with meds.
      I used to be very healthy, non drinker/ smoker ,etc.
      Now I have some serious challenges ahead! Your health is your wealth!
      Dr Eric Berg is excellent btw.

    orange juice, too much sugar added for store-bought brands. I found turmeric in capsule form, green tea with lemon at night, and no sugar, I have high blood pressure, and my Dr.. recommends no coffee. daily exercise lost 15 pounds. eating salads with tuna, or chicken, my health has improved. Great video. and flax seed in the salad, to help clean up those 60-year-old arteries.

    Beetroot juice is the best thing to do before a workout , cruciferous juices , sooo cleansing. I love orange juice but I'm a diabetic, so I really can't drink it, I like to try and avoid supplements if I can, so what's a good alternative to orange juice. forgot to add I love my two cups of coffee in the morning and my five cups of tea throughout the day. And don't forget the king of them all water

    A cup of green tea every night when m in hostal and 2 or 3 times a day when home ...
    A glass of milk every night with some nuts in it ...
    That's my routine ...
    I've never drink tea or coffee and never eat any kind of meat ... I write an article on daily basis for magezines and news papers and wrote 8 Books ...
    My immune system is at peak ... Faced corona virus two times and got through felling nothing harsh...
    I don't remember visiting a doctor in last 15 years ...

      There is some evidence to suggest that beetroot juice may have benefits for brain health and may potentially help with Alzheimer's disease.
      Beetroot juice is high in nitrates, which the body converts into nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is a molecule that helps dilate blood vessels and increase blood flow to the brain, which can improve cognitive function. Additionally, beetroot juice contains antioxidants that may help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress, which are known to contribute to the development of Alzheimer's disease.
      A 2015 study published in Nitric Oxide: Biology and Chemistry found that drinking beetroot juice improved blood flow to the frontal lobe of the brain in older adults with high blood pressure. This is significant because the frontal lobe is involved in cognitive function and is one of the areas that is affected early in Alzheimer's disease.
      Another study published in the Journal of Gerontology: Medical Sciences in 2016 found that drinking beetroot juice for four weeks improved cognitive function in older adults with mild cognitive impairment, which is a condition that can lead to Alzheimer's disease.
