This is a really good list but I have to disagree about the fish seeing as most fish have heavy metals like Mercury which is bad for the brain. I guess if you're able to get fish without the heavy metal contaminants and plastic contaminants.

I think you are forgetting about eggs and organ meats such as heart and liver. Really high in certain vitamins and many Minerals. A good combination between functional plat foods and functional animal foods are the key to an optimal functioning brain

Healthy fats are ones that are plant-based, not ones that cause diabetes, etc. Animal products are highly inflammatory. Some seed oils fight inflammation. Seed oils have various health benefits.

With nuts you say it supplies DHA. but it does not. It supplies ALA fish and all suppy fish oil supplements do DHA. There is a conversion possible with walnuts, they cant convert but the process nis not as good
Plant-based is the healthiest, and no mercury, no mass inflammation, no skin cancer and other cancers from fish, no animal abuse, no massive depletion of fish by humans, etc.
