Ah just a few things are off with this, while coffee can give you a boost initially, the dehydration and sleep deprevation it causes (even if you drink it before 2pm) are not overall good for you in the long run. Tea is good. Also eating too little can be good at times, such as practicing intermittent fasting or occasional longer fasts.
