    Only reading books won't help if you don't do notes or revise .
    Foods help in intake of nutrients that affects blood and because brain needs blood to work it affects brain also there are many other areas
    Like information regulation ,
    Anaerobic exercise ,
    Thought cycle , etc
    Hence good food = good brain

      Yes, indeed. I only have a patio garden unfortunately; we are not allowed to grow a veggie garden because of the townhomes admin. What a waste... plenty of land around full of grass that is sprayed all the time. Such a waste in this country.

      It would be nice if both of us could Gain some weight sounds like a dirty word in today’s world but we are too skinny need to Gain we have difficulty because it’s simply hard to eat many of the foods we once enjoyed!

    I understand that whatever has been explained to me, but some people say that tea and coffee is injurious to our health. Can you please explain why🤔 please sir.

      I would avoid regular teas and shoot to drink your herbs - great brain herbs are: gingko, peppermint, sage, rosemary, and orange peel! As for coffee, it is really acidic by nature as well as in the body and drains minerals. Caffeine does stimulate cognitive function, but I reccomend getting the little bit of caffeine from super dark chocolate! 70% cacao and higher! 😁

      Hi there,
      I would recommend to opt for an organic vegan diet (preferably raw if you can) due to disease on the rise in animals, as well as radiation and mercury in the seas affecting fish like wild salmon (radiation) and tuna (mercury). Fish farmed salmon is to be avoided too due to the use of GMO feed and may not provide Omega 3 Fatty Acids which is obtain by wild salmon by consuming algae in the seas, i believe. You can opt for organic walnuts and pecans that look like the brain and target the brain (Contains brain targeting nutrients, i believe, e.g Omega 3 Fatty Acids); as well as organic cabbage, cauliflower and berries.
      Moreover, try and incorporate it with plenty of pure, clean water to hydrate brain cells (avoiding artficial flouridated water due to the negative impact flouride can have on the brain - i believe), as well as drink colloidal silver and gold (avoid purchasing colloidal gold from a different country as it may deplete in quality during transportation, from gathered information).
      Furthermore, aim to obtain fresh air as much as possible including sleeping with a window open and allowing it to circulate in your room freely as it gives clarity to the mind, improves concentration and enhances learning abilities, i believe. It also gives a sense of happiness and well-being by altering brain levels of serotonin; and induces sound sleep.
      Moreover, tea and coffee containing caffeine, an addictive and diuretic drug, that flushes out calcium, will weaken your bones, i believe. It raises cholesterol; irritates and stimulates the brain, heart and nerves; and taxes adrenal glands. It would be better to drink organic peppermint tea which smells good, awakes one and has beneficial properties, i believe.

    Ah just a few things are off with this, while coffee can give you a boost initially, the dehydration and sleep deprevation it causes (even if you drink it before 2pm) are not overall good for you in the long run. Tea is good. Also eating too little can be good at times, such as practicing intermittent fasting or occasional longer fasts.
