Hey!! I like the voice for the tabata because i cant keep my eyes on my screen all the time. With the voice it was good because I knew when I had to stop and look what's happening next. Great quick sweat! Love it!!! 🔥🔥🔥
This is the best workout so far.. a quick fat burning workout.. i love it.. the best part of this workout is it keeps my energies through out the whole session
Really fun workout, specially cause it basically doesn’t repeat exercises, but it obviously doesn’t burn 400kcal. My watch says 123kcal, and I’ve done it intensely (I’m 24, 164cm and weight 60kg)
But you think that your are building your muscles is a mix strenght add cardio, and is so different of running or others type of cardio...because your are increasing your tone muscles and when you finish your workout your muscles are continuing working for reparing the damages fibres and adding more burning calories than others cardio exercises in a long term you Will improves your metabolism
I've been saving y'alls workouts. Just did this one today for the first time. Thank you so much for free full-body workouts. I'm sweating and worked out alot of different muscles.

Besides it being a great work out, I can’t tell you how good it feels to see a fitness instructor with cellulite! It’s normal and natural and needs the more present in fitness vids!

Very nice! Intense without exhausting you! I have a few questions, does the number of calories burnt differ by the temperature of the space you are working out? For how many kilos do you estimate the calories burnt? Thank you
Because I can never seem to find these comments when I come to these videos... : I'm at intermediate-level athleticism and am I little rusty/out of practice. I found the rounds to be too short/fast to actually achieve a burn and good sweat. I modified the moves I could to achieve this - i.e. the drives (alt), I switched them to running mountain climbers. Or just doing each move much faster to actually get a burn or sweat from each move. This was just my experience, and with the above modifications I got a minimal burn but decent sweat. Although, my AC is off and it's sort of a humid day. Lol. I just find it helpful to write a comment that also includes my level of athleticism because it gives more context ... i.e. if you're a beginner, this is a pretty killer workout. If you are a little more advanced, not so much.
Enjoy your workouts but only burnt 100 calories, no where near the 400 it advertises. But again still enjoyed it just thought I’d put it out there for future calorie estimates . 🙌🏻

Nice workout. Short, but varied and intense. I burned 170 calories as a 5'6" and 135 pound male according to my Suunto Peak 9.
There is the after burn effect so you're burning a bit more :)

This was fun but it was a little easy for me. I do 20-30 min hiit/tabata workouts 5x a week, and this is the easiest one i've done in awhile.

Just like everyone else.. burn lesser than what is advertised, but I still enjoyed the workout thanks.
I went in thinking it's a quick routine but it was too easy for me. Gonna add a 10 mins nonstop jump rope and call it a day.
