I stripped all the Phillips screws besides the ones covered by the crankshaft. Those ones I hammered the bit in and they came out like nothing. The stripped ones I hammered in a torx bit and some unscrewed by hand just the hammer made them lose up. So thanks for that tip.
And for re installing the the balancer bolt, go under the truck and look for the flex plate inspection cover. Place a deep socket on any visible bolt head. Slowly crank the motor over and let the socket hit the edge of the inspection hole. Now only apply pressure in the forward direction (so your socket doesn’t pop off) and torque it down to 304 ft lbs with the biggest torque wrench you got.
I think it would be tight, I had space with my little the 1/4 M12 Driver but it is pretty small. You may have more room as the socket will sit on that bolt head which is about and inch or so into the the balancer. You can definitely take out the radiator and have all the room you want if ends up being to tight. Let me know is the M18 takes it off!
BEWARE of ordering anything from Wit's End!! I sent Joey $6000 for a turbo kit 25 months ago. He has refused to communicate with me for 12 months and has kept my money after multiple refund requests. This order was the worst decision of my life. Joey is a dishonest thief as there are at least 15 others in my same situation, waiting with no communication. If you are thinking of ordering from Wit's End, reconsider and drive on. Joey should never be a business man.

"That's what she said!! "
You need to do more Video on the 80. I just got my 96 non locker recently.
Think there's enough room to fit a M18 Impact Wrench on that 30mm? Don't have a breaker bar that big to be able to bump break it like that.
