      I like the 20 minute classes. (10 too short and 30+ (sadly) can be tough to get done). I’m a big ‘yin-ster’ fan. I’m also a golfer, and while most of your morning practices are helpful, maybe there’s a pre-golf (and post golf) sequence to ready the body. Thanks for taking the time to answer me. I imagine its challenging to keep up.

My friend, your words are so healing, I left my life off the mat for this practice so I could just move and breathe, and when I remembered it all again at this moment I did so with the realization that I could do just that in all aspects of my existence.     Your videos are some of the best out there. Your sequencing always amazes me--so surprising and inventive, yet still organic and logical. Your instructions are also very clear and focused. If I'm being completely honest, I don't find the music helpful--ever. I like to play my own music or practice in silence. Also, the pitches at the end sound forced--like something I'd associate with a pyramid scheme business. I make these criticisms only to be constructive. I truly think you are one of the best yoga gurus on the web. Whatever you do, please don't stop!

      I appreciate your feedback. The pitches at the end are because I stopped accepting sponsors for my videos and instead sponsor them myself with my own member only videos. You can practice totally ad free in the membership 😊 I’ll keep in mind the pyramid-y feel though and try to avoid that. Also I understand that music is subjective so I upload music free videos to the app per request because I like to add my own music too. Thank

    Hi Sarah Beth, I thought this was a very nice practice but I thought the rhythm or the music didn't match that of the flow. Also, I'm not sure I would have called it yoga stretch - it felt more like slow flow to me. Thanks for all your great work!

    I loved the sunflower movements so much I had to stop and replay that part before continuing with the rest of the video 😊. I like the variation in music too, this one was more up beat but without removing focus from the movements. Thank you! 🌺🌺

      @@sarahbethyoga I struggle with neck and shoulder stiffness/problems (mostly stress related, being a junior high school teacher is rewarding but tough.. ❣ ). I think that's why I loved the sunflower movements so much, I could feel the stiffness loosen up from my shoulders and back. I also loved the intention cards that you introduced a few videos ago. Everytime I do those routines a different card "jumps out" at me and "asks" to be chosen. It made me realise how important it is that I value my contribution on the mat mentally as well as physically. And I would move with a different sense of calm. I would love to see the intention cards return again 😊.

    I loved the flower and the incorporation of sunflower into the mix 🌻. The techno-ish music was super distracting for this traditional Yogi when trying to breathe and connect inward, but I could see how those new to Yoga might enjoy something more bumpin to keep them entertained. Still, it’s a free 20-minute class you’re providing, so I have no right to make demands lol. Thank you for the free stretch!

    Reading the comments after the video about the music, I did this entire video but don't even recall what the music was! So it couldn't have been that bad lol. I really liked this, nice change of pace! :)

    Sunflowers, dragonflies and the music! Just magic. A perfect way to start my day in Australia. Our sunflowers are in full bloom so I practiced outside where I could see them 😍🌻🌻🌻

    Oh... that was good!👏🏻 I only fell once, rather spectacularly though😉. Which tells me my hips are getting stronger again (complications from pneumonia) - finally! Too, I tried this without watching a time or two in advance as I usually do, and I was thrilled with how well I did: I listened rather than anticipated. I’ll be doing this one for a while until I master the standing sequence. Thank you Sarah Beth... just fabulous❣️🎁💖

    Omg!!! At the start, thought I was going to HATE the routine because the music seemed a bit intense for yoga! After a few seconds into the practice, I didn’t even hear the music. Then it popped back into my conscious when we were doing the 🌻🌻🌻This time the rhythm was perfect for the 🌻 move and poses that followed!! Finally, WOW, I realized I have MAGIC moves!!!!! Excellent job Sara, such an awesome flow. I felt the moves stretch me in areas where I really needed it! A million ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏼You’re the best!

    Love this one so much! I had been wanting to get into yoga again after a bit over a year of a break but was struggling to find the motivation. It used to come so naturally but now I felt it was a chore. I started with your videos in March of this year and I’ve done it every single day now since then! Your videos are so soothing and I love that you always say where you should be feeling it and where to adjust. I’ve realized there we’re actually certain poses I was doing wrong before and I was doing yoga for years back then! Anyway this is one of my favorite flows of yours, I keep finding myself going back to it. Thank you so so much! 💛

      @@sarahbethyoga it would be amazing if you could make a play list for intermediate levels of flexibility, strength and other categories. After the beginners videos l kind of lose track of what to do next and sometimes end up in very challenging videos where l know l can't do. I think it's something that would be of great help.     Love your videos, but I'm afraid I couldn't finish this one; the music was really distracting and a bit stressful (I do yoga for anxiety, so this might not be everyone's experience). Still, I enjoyed the postures I did! The sunflowers were fun 💖

    I loved the sequence of this one- sometimes yoga flows can feel repetitive but this one feels very fresh & new!

    Very nice warm-up for the day and short bodyweight workout at home. A few glitches in the video. I agree with other posters - the music didn't match the breath in the second half. LOVED the sunflower.

    I absolutely loved this flow, nice and strong. The music was very distracting and at some points so loud, I couldn’t focus or hear. I did enjoy the flow, will practice it on my own without the music. Thank you so much.
