Courts deal with real party in interest. What you don't know is...if you don't know what your interest is in the matter the other side will assume a claim higher than yours.
All courts are presumption games with a show and a part for you to play hence the word (court). Michael Williams is a business corporation persona, once the man assumes position as Michael Williams (stating the name) as the defendant you lost the game. Michael Williams is the estate/corporation you have interest in, you can actually flip roles, once you represent the estate their claim fails... because you have the real interest. Best thing about it is you don't even have to go in there. You send that paperwork and it's nothing they could do with it. All their presumptions are rebutted.

If he holds firm does he end up serving full term on each charge until he's released on time served, or does his refusal to acknowledge mean he actually is detained indefinitely? "Dear Mr. Moor_Sovereign_Citizen_Not_Minority_Not_Black,
    Tell me this :
-- Say there's a Sovereign Citizen living in Germany
-- He was born in Germany and lived his entire life in Germany
-- He only speaks German and a few words & phrases of English
-- He flies to Misouri and rents a car
-- He drives 120 MPH in a 40 MPH zone
-- He is pulled over for speeding by a Misouri Stare Trooper
-- Because of poor English and claims of SovCitizen status,
he gets into a physical altercation with the Trooper and
    gets arrested
-- He winds up in court claiming SovCitizen status and
demanding the case be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction
Since he is not an American citizen, is not Black, is not African, is not a minority but claims he is indeed another Sovereign Citizen, (just like you) ... should the charges be dropped and the case dismissed due to "lack of jurisdiction"? Should he be able to continue breaking any and all US laws for the same reasons?

I watched a hearing sometime last year in Judge Bryant's Courtroom, with a somewhat middle-aged female defendant who was a Moor SovCit .. replying to the Judge and acting in the same manner with the same terminology as this Moor SovCit gentleman. Judge Bryant shut her down fast; Judge was just not having any of that nonsense! I have to say that in all the vast amount of hearings I've seen - and there has been A LOT - I have never seen a Judge take control of their Courtroom as I saw that day with Judge Bryant .. she took command of her Courtroom, and the defendant caved; she decided that she was up against the Power and Strength of Judge Bryant who was not going to participate in her verbal nonsense, and Judge did so brilliantly. IMO, that was the best hearing I've ever seen .. it was truly Judge B's finest moment!

One way to stop this foolishness is when the defendant is asked their name and they claim to not be that person halt the flow and announce that a bench warrant will immediately be issued because of failure to appear. Not sure as to how the course of direction of the court proceeding can be changed but, nevertheless, the judge should reschedule for a later date that will take place in court, not on Zoom.
Ergo, the defendant will be in a court controlled situation which will make it easy to arrest and fine them if they engage in contempt of court. It is obvious that these people attempt to verbally take over the proceedings with endless nonsensical blather as well as SCOTUS precedents which, invariably, are irrelevant to the case before the court!
