      No I think that was a dodge "to be in compliant with the IRS like we all want to", I guess he thought oh well the lawyer might not want my money now because it has to go through the IRS and the judge ain't going to want to sanction me because it has to go through the IRS, didn't work though did it... What gave it away was when he said he had a W-4 form and he's going to put the Mr Powers name on it... Legally can't put somebody else's name on the tax form. A w4 form is for income tax withholding... Can only put your own name on that... Exception spouse filing jointly.... Which is why it was marked irrelevant.

      The Michigan judge Lynette Bryant is awesome at these, there is another man I can’t remember his name but he was fantastic as well. I’ve seen him hold more of them in content and jailed than any of them though.

    42:00 This judge KNEW exactly what she was doing from the very start of this. She was brilliant, she knew going through all the exhibits he was trying to submit that it was a waste of time, but she still went through the correct motions, even numbering 17 exhibits and making sure she identified each one correctly. She knew what she doing and it is actually quite impressive. Kudos to her!!

    This is my second time with this video, it's just so entertaining. The best part is the judge. Her demeanor is wonderful, her facial expressions are even better. She should look into acting - she has such a way of adding content to her words with just her facial expressions. They are cute, to the point, and add a lot to this video. Gott love tis judge!

    I have a friend who filed for divorce over 3 years ago. It took the courts a year to get the husband out of her (yes she paid for it) house. The scumbag has not paid one cent in child support, let alone paid her for half of the bills ( both court ordered). She has been to court multiple times and although each time the judge has given hubby a deadline to pay what he owes, the judge never enforces it. There is yet another court hearing this month. I would love to see him in front of Judge Livingston this time!

    Very few agree to go to jail. One exception, one guy called the Alaska police, asked if there was a warrant out for his arrest. When told yes, he told them where to find him because he didn't want to freeze to death that night. Police sent out to get him had to stop for an accident on the way, and found him exactly where he said he was.
