      No, I don't think the judge showed that at all. Yeah, the competency evaluation will take some time. But it's not the end of the world. It's not like this guy is on trial for some major crime of national terrorism. If he passes the evaluation as competent then they can proceed against him. In the meantime relax, be patient and enjoy the show.

We don't want to know your itinerary, when you're going to fart, where you're going to pee, where you're going to crap. Just tell the judge when you're available, period, dam'n. I absolutely agree with you Mike. He doesn't need a psychological report, he's not a fruit cake! However, he IS a narcissist, he IS arrogant, but I definitely think he's been brainwashed; not in a sinister way, but by virtue of his naiivity..

    • @WitchidWitchid
      @WitchidWitchid 2 роки тому +3

      Yeah, but the narcissism and arrogance might be a result of his detachment from reality. Anyone so detached that a fantasy overrides the surrounding reality will appear both narcissistic and extremely arrogant. In any even I think the court needs to establish competency before they proceed. If he proves to be competent then so be it. At that point he can be held fully accountable under the law.

    • @yo-Rowe
      @yo-Rowe 2 роки тому

      Brainwashed alone is more than enough enough to render a person legally incompetent when they exhibit detachment from reality. “I’m not a Person” is not something a competent person would ever assert. It’s not rational or reasonable.

      The trouble begins with a person's ďelusional desire for the centreof attention and control over all proceedings. To create havoc is to them their own messiah complex. If they are right and everyone else is wrong- and they are given any control- chaos ensues. They are completely untrustworthy. To say "Well, they might be trustworthy next October 10th, so they're fine."
      is being*** as delusional as they are.

    Handte is a former sheriff who assisted Hillygus in kidnapping his mother from a nursing home. When Handte failed to show up for his ankle monitor, they arrested him, so that is why he is now in custody with a $100K bond. Reading between the lines, it seems like he is also a malingerer, pretending to be disabled.

A hearing is a waste of time because he will be found competent. The judge was far too easy on him and should have given him a warning or two and then hit him with contempt and jail time. It’s the only thing these SC understand, and even then, sometimes that doesn’t work. But better than listening to all the rambling junk.

Contempt for as long as the law allows or until the defendant can mind his manners, whichever is sooner. This new attorney takes him all the way through preliminary hearings and during the first meeting after bound over to DC, he FIRES his attorney DURING the hearing! He had a hearing to establish if he could represent himself and was deemed fit to. This is the first hearing since he was allowed to represent himself, and then all hell breaks loose. This poor lawyer is ranting to the court because his client won’t hear a word he has to say. He just sounds at his wits end and is looking for guidance from others involved who understand the difficult situation he’s in trying to represent this guy efficiently and effectively. Just sounded desperate, in a sad exhausted kinda way. This guy he’s trying to represent is absolutely insane. Totally detached from reality, he thinks he lives in 1750 and not current time, with centuries of established case law within the confines of the rights laid out in the US constitution & long ratified state constitutions.

    1. Never
    2. When Hell freezes over
    3. When the judge jails him and makes the jail take him to be evaluated
    Place your bets!
