You and me both! Maybe after my next Snap On haul i'll ask my rep about it. I don't want to tour while hes selling to the mechanics at work and take up space. I'd want to do it during off hours.

Change your gear lube and oil in the fall. You can catch contamination from water and avoid it freezing over the winter. If a problem with contamination is found you do not lose any boating time by getting it addressed over the winter. We change the plugs in the spring after the first start of the year ( to burn off the fogging oil)

And acid washing does make a mess. Better left to professionals than having acid drip all over your trailer causing rusting issues. If you choose to do it anyway, small areas work bottom to top. Apply to wet surface aggitate. Let set for a couple of minutes, do not allow to dry. Then spray off. Reapply to achive desired results. Sometimes a plastic scraper or a stiff bristled brush is needed for the scum line.

I ended up changing the gear lube after reading this. I'm pretty happy I did because when I took off the prop some water came out that could've frozen over the winter. Appreciate the tips re: spark plugs in the spring

If it flys, f*cks, or floats, it's cheaper to rent it.

I don't know what you do for a living but bet you you don't need the snap-on tools your buying to do it. That garbage on the wall behind you will work just fine for your hobbies.

That pressure washer is a waste of time.

Ya, it’s not the best. The flexibility of being able to use it without a hose is still nice tho
