Sir, I prepared foxtail millet same way, added 1.5 cup of water n kept for 20 minutes on flame n 20 minutes after switched off flame, still millet remained hard, don't know the reason n how to cook it properly, pl help n guide.
@Sreshta Sharma In my personal experience if you cook it in a container with 2 whistles for the pressure cooker, it cooks really well. I cook mine in an Instapot for 15 mins & it comes out tender, try either way, hope this helps:)

Beacause anybody can sue your channel if millets does not benefit them as you have announced in video. In short, this a small world. Please pay attention on your expertise for example why millets should be washed three times? Would not frequent washing dislodge much needed fibrous shell attached to grains?
