Hi mam can you please clear once we have all flours mixed, shall we follow the steps of how we make wheat rotis (mixing the flour with water then cooking rotis on pan)? As rotis from millets flours are cooked with boiling water and salt and oil is also added in there
Experts are right becoz they don't want people to mix different flours of their choice..If a doctor suggests the same you must follow his guidelines..I have already made different flour mix suggested by a famous dietician..Hope this helps..

I use organic khapli wheat. Also known as emmer wheat mixed with chana. Expensive but healthy. And also jowar bajra and ragi bhakri.
