      You mean to say allopathic doctors. They cant help in reversing lifestyle related disorders either through diet or medicine. Pharma companies provide incentives to them. Thats why we need to use our intelligence and find the right kind of doctors in ayurveda.

    In Maharashtra people store combination of various grains for making thaleepeeth , chakli , kadbodi etc for this they first dry roast grains , cool and then they get grind it . This way self life of flour is increased.This we can do with multi grain atta

      Hi mam can you please clear once we have all flours mixed, shall we follow the steps of how we make wheat rotis (mixing the flour with water then cooking rotis on pan)? As rotis from millets flours are cooked with boiling water and salt and oil is also added in there

      Experts are right becoz they don't want people to mix different flours of their choice..If a doctor suggests the same you must follow his guidelines..I have already made different flour mix suggested by a famous dietician..Hope this helps..

    I use organic khapli wheat. Also known as emmer wheat mixed with chana. Expensive but healthy. And also jowar bajra and ragi bhakri.

    सच है पहले किसी दिन बिर्रा (गेहूं चना मिलाकर पिसवाते थे ) , किसी दिन ज्वार की ,तो कभी मक्का की रोटी बनाते थे ।
    ऐसे ही कभी चावल ,कभी समा , कोदों ,कुटकी का भात बनता था कभी खिचड़ी तो कभी सब्ज़ी वाला दलिया ।हम अभी भी यही सब खाते हैं ।

    Actually hum chhote the tab yese hi alag alag prakar ke aate use karte the, kyonki humari Aai ( Maa) ye sab banati thi aur khilati thi but aaj kal mom bhi Lasy ho gai hai. Na banana chahti hai na khilana isliye aaj ke bachhe ye sab khana pasand nhi karate kyonki unhe bachpan se khilaya nhi gaya.

    Very useful video.Just few queries
    a) You said kabuli Chana but showed pic of Kala Chana.Which atta to use?
    b) What about Jowar atta? Should it be used on it's own and not mixed with any other atta?
