- Break a sweat with this new 30 Minute Cardio Pilates Workout. This Full Body Workout will combine Pilates principles/movements with athletic cardio flows to increase your heart rate for a fun and sweaty session! There are so many workouts without jumping on UA-cam! Take a look at Popsugar or just any cardio workout for burning calories. And workout for at least 40 minutes!
I must say that I really don't like repetitive exercises but I am NEVER bored or unmotivated with you. That is something!

Couldn't figure out why I was absolutely DYING for the first 10 minutes...until I realized the playback speed was at 1.25x 🙃 Thank you for setting the pace just right! I find following your flow and breathing is perfect. I'm 5 days in to a month straight of Move with Nicole and am loving it!

My friend and I do your classes 4 times weekly. 'We love your workouts and attention to details--alignment, breath, muscles, etc. I am. feeling more youthful, full of energy, stronger, and it has helped my dance performances as a bellydancer/bellydance instructor. You pack a lot in to your classes without it feeling rushed or lacking guidance. I LOVE this format. I push myself harder during short bursts of cardio, and the Pilates sections feel less daunting (but just as difficult - my soul briefly left my body at 17:50). This is a perfect workout for a busy day, or just to keep your heart rate up between Christmas naps by the fireplace. Thank you for the outstanding work you do.

I love how you always provide modifications. I for instance can't jump and they are very helpful. Also, this looks like a flow, more then a conventional workout and that's what I like about it. I just did a 30 minute cardio barre workout prior to this, and combined w this, it was a good sweaty workout! It took my breath away & loved every minute of it! Got my hour workout and ready for my day. If you could, please make a video similar to what I combined...challenging yet rewarding. Your workouts are no joke! This was so hard!! I had to rest multiple times. I hope to repeat this again in the future until I can do it all the way through without resting.

I get bored easily, so if it’s too easy...I don’t feel like I got a good workout in. THIS ONE WAS AMAZING! I felt the BURN esp w the side leg workout. Worth every minute of my time.
