When i don’t feel like working out, i turn this on with the volume only loud enough to hear the beeps, and do this and watch tv or listen to an audiobook...thank u!!
Thank you for this excellent video ! I have a tender, near constantly strained lower back and the floor exercises are among the very best I have ever done, if not the very best ;-) Very effective and safe ! Your heart and form are a divine work of art... 💓
@@Star_33395 yes I only eat when I’m hungry and have the same food just lower calorie options or smaller portions. I eat the same. It took 6 months I was a size 18 and now I’m a size 10-12
Did you keep track of how many calories you burned per workout? I’m torn. I feel like HIIT aggressiveness makes me feel like I did a lot of work but this looks so relaxing and low impact that I don’t think I would feel like I did anything.
@@zztops3739 I burned about 80 cals per 20 mins but to me I’d rather do an exercise more often and enjoy it than burn a bunch of calories and hate the exercise. I could do 45 mins of Pilates but not even 10 mins of hiit
