We didn't get any footage of the RV Park we stayed at during this trip, but we stayed at Spanish Trail RV Park. It was good and reasonable with Good Sam rate.
For the sake of others who want to know: the federal campground at the top of the park is also a really good one. No hookups but the beauty of the place is worth it. There's plenty of room in each driveway (we have a 20' pop-up camper and an xl cargo van and we fit the campground fine). My kids loved all the climbing they could do right in camp, and you can walk to the Landscape Arch trailhead about 5 minutes away. The rules are pretty severe about people not running a generator. There are 4 hours a day you can do it and after that they invite you to leave. :) So plan ahead for that.
Thanks for the info and for all of the great videos-as a new rv traveler your channel has been awesome. I've learned and laughed a lot while watching 😂
Excuse my language, but Holy Crap this cinematography was AMAZING!!! Mesa Arch at 16:05 with the light of sun underneath and the night sky above SPECTACULAR!! Thank you for showing us all this beauty that God has created for us.
AWESOME !! BREATHTAKING !! MAJESTIC !! Fantastic, Spectacular videoing of what could be called GOD'S country. Thank you for taking us on the hike with all of you.
KYD you have done it again. Great post. I’ve been following you since last Summer. After watching you on my iPhone and laptop, the genius center in brain finally made the connection. I have a Samsung Smart tv, i.e., great for viewing UA-cam videos. Watching you do Moab on a 55” screen was amazing. Thanks for posting. Now I have a few of your older videos to rewatch.
Eldest daughter and I did the fiery furnace hike in June of 2015. What an amazing place. There were only 2 spots left on the tour that day and they were only there because the 2 people in line in front of us were cancelling. Something about it being too hot. The little ponds in the rock with their individual and unique ecosystems just blew me away. What an awesome God to create all this for our enjoyment.
Amazing video. This is our favorite one yet. Been watching for over a year. We always look forward to living vicariously through you each week. God Bless.
Ahhhhhhmaaaaazing! I have to agree with everyone else. You outdid yourselves. I love photography. Yours is awesome. Yes, it's great news that at least some of the parks are beginning to work with photographers with drones. I read in the comments that you are putting together a course. What an awesome idea. Very cool.
Been watching you guys and enjoying your energy and family dynamics for quite a while. But this was one of my favorites. Great, great video guys! I loved the music too! Can't wait to get out there. Utah is one state I haven't had time to travel and enjoy yet.
Thanks for all the great info and wonderful photography. We were in Moab in early November and it wasn't very crowded then. We were only there 2 days and are definitely going back for a longer stay, probably like you did, when it's crisp. Love your videos. Nice to know about Micah, you learned so much that most may never without the knowledge he has.
I watched this video years ago & something about it spoke to me in a way no other travel video ever has. I decided immediately that somehow I was going to make my way to Arches to see it for myself. Fastforward to November 2021, I just finished a cross-country road trip where I got to spend a couple days in the park & it was definitely top 5 experiences of my life - it really is even more beautiful than the camera can capture So I definitely second the recommendation to visit Arches and November was a great time to go. Hiking for sunrise was certainly ""crisp"" but it meant I had pockets throughout the day where I had whole arches to myself so totally worthwhile. Thanks for the recommendation KYD, I never would've had this amazing experience without this video. Watching it back now is making me want to head out on my next adventure!
Fantastic! Thank you for the inspiration. We have been dragging our family and fifth wheel down from Washington to Moab every spring break for 5 years now. With mountain biking, hiking, etc., there is no limit to the new adventures. You just gave us two more!
That was awesome!!! you have inspired me so much. I purchased a travel trailer back in August after watching all of season one. I drove from Texas to Virginia with very little (NO) experience, learning along the way and having the time of my life. Now I can't wait for Sundays to watch your videos to see where else I would like to explore. Moab is differently on the list. Thank you for doing what you do. During this season of my life I appreciate your channel more than you could know. I am going to "Keep My Daydream" for this point forward.
Love, Love, Love your channel! 💟 What a feast for the eyes! mesmerizing scenery, was afraid to blink! Mark, you have mad skills with the drone and GoPro!! 🎆🌠👍
You're dead on about planning your next trip while you're there. We're going back in May. Well, planning to, anyway. The Moab/Arches/Canyonlands area is just incredible!
OMG your best footage so far, love you guy's, So Utah in winter. you made me laugh about the cold, my wife works on a reserve as a nurse practitioner so i spent christmas with her up there, on the way home i hit -39 C, but it was a dry cold. got home to -20 and boy did it feel could.
I'm from Salt Lake, and I go down to Moab every chance I get. I was there two weeks ago, and it was in August, so the heat was difficult, and the Fiery Furnace is my all-time favorite place in the planet, but due to Covid-19, the Fiery Furnace was closed for both permits and ranger guided hikes. It was heartbreaking. Good job with the video, it's great!
You got your money's worth with that drone pass, the footage was awe inspiring and the sunsets were incredible. Great video and I'm looking forward to your future journeys and videos as well. #KYD
Amazing video, guys! Thank you so much! I just love your family. You are funny, positive and very entertaining. Lots of great information as well. We are going on our first RV trip and I am trying to research as much as I can since I have absolutely no idea how to even operate one. lol!! I keep watching your videos and I learned so much!!!
Best video yet, amazing y'all. Thanks for sharing your adventures. Definitely in my plans to visit Arches. Marc, your videos are awesome to watch. Thanks for all the hard work you put in to making them. Safe travels y'all.
Spectacular!! Thanks KYD for another awesome video. This area is on our must do list. Might be a little too "crisp" for us this time of year. Less crowded to be sure.
Ahhh DJI Phantom is your trick of the trade. Awesome job guy's. Love you editing too. Very well done. Hope to do as well as you some day. Keep up the great videos. Im learning so much about camping following you all.
I'm looking at the Mavic or now the Mavic Air to have some thing smaller that I launch faster. The Phantom 3 Pro takes a wee bit too long to setup and as a result, we don't have as much driving footage as I would like.
Keep Your Daydream cant say enough good about the,Mavic Pro. Not sure about the Mavic air unless you want to save a few bucks and need back sensors. Flight time lacks with the,Air and it only flys on Wifi . Grr. But hey it still a awesone Drone with very cool features. Most of which will be passed on to the Mavic Pro so no worries no matter what one you pick, You can't go wrong with either one. Looking forward to seeing more areial :) We just bought a new 2017 Salam Cruise lite 27DBud at seasons end. Smoking deal !!! Looking forward to camping in style this comibg season . Thanks for all your tips
I can't believe you made Trish carry that big heavy back pack on both hiking trips!!!! So un-gentlemanly !!! lol just kidding. Love the footage of all your videos. I feel like I'm actually there with you guys.
Awesome video, I explored Arches & Canyon lands in September and captured some amazing sun sets. The area is full of so many amazing arches and formations, I am still in awe as I view my photos. I will add that it was cool in mornings but by afternoon it was quite warm hiking so I would love to return in the winter months to do more exploring. I retired last year, my wife and I are traveling in our 5th wheel exploring we're not full time but on the road for months at a time. Thanks for sharing.
Moab is just outstanding. Been there 4 times in the past 6 years. Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point are just spectacular places and I just love coming back. Next time you guys make it out there, have Micah show you False Kiva - or ask a Ranger for directions.
My husband and I moved to Utah 1.5 years ago and L-O-V-E Moab! We've been there twice so far and have two trips already planned for this summer. I really enjoy watching your Utah adventures. We've done some of the same destinations and it's fun to see your perspective. Can't wait to see what you do next!
Ohhh bummer of all ugggh bummers! I climbed in bed early today and I open UA-cam to see your Moab trip just went up....but my son would be heartbroken if I watched it without him! Now I shall practice patience hahahahaha. Can’t wait to see this one!!
Wow, this was stunning!! Absolutely amazing... I’m speechless really (that takes a lot, lol). Amazing job Marc & Tricia. Thanks for spending those 10 + hours working on this video. It’s simply the best!
Your video is so good. I enjoyed your video. I've been to Moab with my wife a log time ago. This brings back so many memories! And I'm a beginner on youtube, so I can learn a lot from your video. Thank you.
Amazing place. I was in Moab March 2015 and decided I had to come back on off-road motorcycles to explore. Will be there with bikes in October. Can’t wait.
Looks like you guys had a wonderful time such a special place I was there on that blazer glory video doing all the props and set decorating we helicoptered everything in it was a crazy shoot when they first started doing music videos and they shoot them like a film
Me and my husband just came back from Moab and we went to arches, canyonland and dead horse. What you have captured is so beautiful and does full justice to the beauty of these parks. Loved the video.😊
Oh my God just oh my God I cannot believe you guys get some of the greatest coolest footage of different places places I've been around but never been to if that makes any sense and I can't believe some of the most beautiful things you guys show us I don't know where I've been LOL thank you guys and the Drone footage was breathtaking it was phenomenal thank you Mark and Trisha that was fantastic and I can't believe it the video was over in no time even though it was 19 minutes I felt like it was only 5 LOL as I say always it's killing me LOL thanks guys see you on the next one

The sunrise time lapses and photos took my breath away!! I had to rewind and see it again!!
AWESOME !! BREATHTAKING !! MAJESTIC !! Fantastic, Spectacular videoing of what could be called GOD'S country. Thank you for taking us on the hike with all of you.

That sunrise from Mesa Arch!! 🌄🌅 And the sky just before sunrise (blue hour?) spectacular.
Amazing video. This is our favorite one yet. Been watching for over a year. We always look forward to living vicariously through you each week. God Bless.

The Moab area is beautiful!
This is by far the best Moab UA-cam video. We are planning a trip there in the near future and can’t wait!
Your video is so good. I enjoyed your video. I've been to Moab with my wife a log time ago. This brings back so many memories! And I'm a beginner on youtube, so I can learn a lot from your video. Thank you.

You're too kind Jerry. I'm glad you liked it. More to come in CO soon.
Hi guys, your videos really look great to me and even more from my Mexico. What a great way to translate it to your country, to your culture, really wonder that foreign people live this experience in such a way that they can transmit it through video. What really would be great is that all your videos were subtitled, that would be the only thing that would fail to expand your views, your subscribers. A thousand thanks again, and welcome to our Mexico.
Greetings from Sinaloa Mexico.
Thanks Gisel! I really need to find the time to subtitle them. I'll look into it more.
I was at Arches National Park about 20 years ago. It is still amazing! We were just "tourists" at that time and didn't see the amazing sunrise or sunset. Thank you!
One of the trips I really want to make. Even more now that I know that there are some hikes I'm capable of doing. Thanks.
So awesome!!! Moab is fabulous! So much to see and do from one cool little town. Glad you all enjoyed it!
We went to Arches National Park on the season that we are showcasing now. We had a blast and your video totally took me back to when we visited.
one of your best work... crongratulation to you all and mica
Watched it again. This video is amazing! Love the drone footage. My favorite one so far.
