I’m curious to know if Jaguar pickups can handle more drive or distortion than the ones on a Jazzmaster. Love the Jaguar but hate 60 cycle hum.

Nothing severe. After I upgraded to the Fender Bridge, which was an easy drop-in replacement it has held tune like a rock star.
